Campers will also be able to access modern bathhouses for showers and restrooms at the park but these facilities are some distance from the tent.Forest Glade E, F, & H: Located approximately 2 miles from the park entrance and is tucked into the woods. The shaded hike-in site is located approximately less than 100 ft from where you park and is within walking distance of Lookout Point. It features a spacious 10 x 12 platform tent with a queen bed as well as a pop-up tent that can accommodate 4 additional campers. A picnic table, firepit and two Adirondack chairs are also included. There is a Tentrr Loo (camping potty) at your campsite for convenience. Campers will also be able to access modern bathhouses for showers and restrooms at the park but these facilities are some distance from the tent.Hilltop G: Located approximately 2 miles from the park entrance and can accommodate up to 12 campers. The partially-shaded hike-in site is located about 60 ft from where you park and is within walking distance of Lookout Point. It features two spacious 10 x 12 platform tents with queen beds and two pop-up tent that can accommodate 4 additional campers each. The campsite also features picnic table, firepits and Adirondack chairs. There is a Tentrr Loo (camping potty) at your campsite for convenience. Campers can also access modern bathhouses for showers and restrooms at the park, but these facilities are some distance from the tent. Hilltop I: Located approximately 2 miles from the park. The shaded hike-in site is located approximately 60 feet from where you park and is within walking distance of Lookout Point. It features a spacious 10 x 12 platform tent with a queen bed as well as a pop-up tent that can accommodate 4 additional campers. A picnic table, firepit and two Adirondack chairs are also included. There is a Tentrr Loo (camping potty) at your campsite for convenience. Campers will also be able to access modern bathhouses for showers and restrooms at the park.Located an hour and 20 minutes south of Shreveport, North Toledo Bend State Park welcomes anglers and families looking to enjoy time on the water. Situated in rolling pine forests that border Toledo Bend Reservoir, this park features boat rentals, a boat launch and a fish cleaning station. Organizations associated with the reservoir host numerous freshwater fishing competitions at this location.The park also features a swimming pool that is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day although the pool operates on a modified schedule after August 1 please check the park website for exact hours of operation.There are two trails to explore in this park: the 1.5-mile Dogwood nature loop and a four-mile hiking/biking trail that winds through the forest.

Park showers can also be used by Tentrr campers.Situated along the Calcasieu River, Sam Houston Jones Park recently reopened (May 2022) with new facilities and renovations. The 1087-acre park features two boat launches, disc golf, a playground and several walking trails. Many new trees have been planted in the park to replace those lost to Hurricane Laura (2020) and a new 500-foot riverside boardwalk has been added.Golfers can travel 10 mins from their campsite to play the public National Golf Club of Louisiana the states most affordable premier golf course. A driving range is available as well.If you need provisions, there is a Rouses Market within a 5-minute drive of the park.

Texas Brazos Bend State Park by Tentrr

This Signature Site comes with a wheelchair-accessible ramp as well as convenient parking next to the site. Located near the park's primitive campsites, this partially-shaded site features a spacious 10 x 12 platform tent with a queen bed as well as a pop-up tent that can accommodate 4 additional campers. You'll also have easy access to River View Trail as well as Yellowstone Landing Trail. Site B is not fully secluded, there are other Signature sites around the area within 50 feet of each other. Your campsite features a spacious 10 x 12 platform tent with a queen bed as well as a pop-up tent that can accommodate 4 additional campers. A picnic table, firepit, and two Adirondack chairs are also included. There is a Tentrr Loo (camping potty) at your campsite for convenience. Not far from downtown Houston lies Brazos Bend State Park, a scenic haven for birdwatchers, wildlife observers and stargazers. Campers can enjoy over 30 miles of multi-use trails, from hiking to biking and equestrian trails Brazos Bend has it all - there are several wheelchair-friendly trails too. Fishing is another popular activity and no fishing license is required. The park has three lakes for fishing Hale, Forty Acre and New Horseshoe. Fish from the pier at Hale lake or from the shore at New Horseshoe Lake. Nature Programs are also offered every weekend and on most holidays in the parks Nature Center. When the sun starts to set, head down the road to the George Observatory where star parties take place Saturday nights starting at dusk.
