Check-In

Check-in time is 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Check-Out

Check-out before 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Please make arrangements prior to

10 a.m. if staying an extra night.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Tables

Limit of one (1) picnic table per campsite.

Carpets and Mats

Large area outdoor rugs are allowed as long as they are kept on pad. A small mat (24" x 24" maximum) is allowed at the base of your stairs.

Vehicles

All vehicles must display a valid Campground parking permit. A vehicle without a proper parking permit is subject to tow at owner's expense. Vehicles must be parked in your assigned site only. Any vehicle parked in a vacant site will be charged for the space rental at the daily rate. Vehicles must not block the road or adjacent campsite(s). No parking on the street, or grass. No repairs of any vehicle, or RV on Park property unless authorized by the Site Management prior to the work being preformed. The speed limit is 10 MPH.

Day or night visitors must register at the Campground Office and purchase a Campground parking permit.

All guests must have a valid driver’s license to operate any motorized vehicle on Park property. The operation of motorized scooters, ATVs, minibikes, or any unlicensed motorized vehicle is prohibited on Park property. Campground Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite.

Children

Parents are responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior. Please supervise small children in showers and restrooms, and do not allow children to play in the roadway.

Laundry

The laundry room is open from 24/7 with access code. Please do not hang clothes on lines or trees at the campsite.

Pets (All pets must be registered with the Campground Office)

Dogs and/or cats only. Max 2 pets per reservation. Max 20 pounds per animal. No violent breeds. There is a dog park on the property. Animals must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended at the campsite. Animals may not be tethered to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees or fences. Animal waste must be picked up by the pet owner.

Restrooms and Showers

The facilities are available in the laundry room. Due to Board of Health Regulations, animals and the washing of dishes are prohibited in the restrooms.

No criminal, or drug related activity on Park property will be tolerated.

All Smoking is prohibited in all Park buildings.

Non-Fire Campground

Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted. See Manager for hot coal disposal. Do not put hot coals in garbage containers. Fireworks are prohibited on the Campground premises and on the property.

Garbage

Help us stay clean by depositing all garbage in bags at the curb by 11 a.m. daily.

We are not responsible for any loss due to theft, fire, utility failure, improper connections, failure to unhook during freezing temperatures, or any uncontrollable acts of nature.

No permanent structures allowed, unless pre-approved by Park management, including but not limited to sheds, clotheslines, freezers/refrigerators, fencing, decks, dog kennels, pens, or dog runs.
