Check-in time is 4PM to 9PM. If you arrive earlier than 4PM or arrive later than 7PM - please just contact us ahead to let us know.

Check-out Time

Check-out time is 11 AM. If you need a late checkout, please contact us. Late checkout fee may apply

Friendly Reminder

While in the Texas Hill Country embrace that You are truly in the Hill Country. It is possible to see a variety of native creatures. You of course will likely see many different deer species, insects native to this area, armadillo, rarely you will see bobcats, fox, snakes (all species), scorpions and yes even field mice. We do everything possible to avoid "pests" but we will not use poison that could endanger the wildlife, guests or their fur babies. If you go hiking be aware of your surroundings. This land belonged to them long before it belonged to us.

Smoking/Fire/Firearms/Fireworks Policy

No fire/smoke are allowed anywhere on the campground.

All our accommodations/rooms/tents are non-smoking. If you smoke in your room/tent there will be a $500 cleaning charge.

The display or use of fireworks or firearms are not permitted anywhere on the campground.

Glampers who break this rule will be required to leave and no refund will be given.

Reservation Policy

There is at least one adult age 18 or above per accommodation/room/tent.

We have adopted dynamic rates which fluctuate based on occupancy similar to the hotel and airline industry. With that being said, rates vary based upon availability and are subject to change with each search.

Minimum stay requirements may apply during your requested dates.

Each room has maximum number of guests restriction. If you need bring additional guests, please contact us ahead. Additional guest fee $50 per person per night will apply.

Group reservations are possible, subject to availability. If being close together is important to you, please book as early as possible, and consider our buddy sites as a great option for your group.

Payment Policy

*Note: Reservation from Online Travel Agency (Airbnb, VRBO, booking.com, etc.) should follow the policy from Online Travel Agency platform.

A non-refundable deposit equal to 100% of your total stay is required at the time of booking and will be charged to your Credit Card. If credit card payment is invalid, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Modification Policy

*Note: Reservation from Online Travel Agency (Airbnb, VRBO, booking.com, etc.) should follow the policy from Online Travel Agency platform.

Any modifications will be subject to availability and any applicable rate increases. A $75 modification fee per modification transaction will apply.

All promotional stays/discounts are void if adjusted and are subject to current nightly rates.

This modification policy applied to all accommodation types, including tents, domes and any add-ons/enhancements you book.

All rates are subject to state and local taxes.

All rates are subject to change without notice.

No Shows/Early Departure Policy

Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. Early departures or no-shows are chargeable at their full rate.

Damage

Damage made by Glampers to the property or the facilities is their responsibility, and there may be fees incurred. Refrain from smoking in any site on the property, and do not cut or trim any trees. Please inform the office as soon as possible about any defective equipment or damage you may find on the campground so that we may repair it in a timely fashion.

Please remember that you are glamping on private property, not in a forest. Do not strip bark or cut up any tree, living or dead. Do not scavenge for wood and collect any sticks found in our wooded areas.

If you have cut down or damaged our trees, you will be charged $50 per inch of trunk diameter 12 inches above the ground to replace the destroyed tree.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is currently unavailable in our campground. Most phone carriers work in the campground but the reception strength could vary.

Quiet Hour

Noise should not emit beyond your immediate campsite and disturb your neighbors. Quiet hours are daily from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am. Please be mindful of your neighbors who also want to enjoy their vacation!

Trash

The trash dumpster is located at the exit to the park. Please pick up on site trash while you leave your site or check out time. Please do not put trash out at any other time since it will attract unwanted wildlife.

Vehicles

Please park Maximum two vehicles per site; additional vehicles must park in the designated parking areas and may pay additional fees. No washing vehicles within the park, as our water supply can become critical during peak demand. Please keep your vehicles, including cars, golf cars, motorcycles, trucks, and anything else with wheels, off the grassy areas around the park. This includes the playground area, the grass on your site.

Pet Policy

Maximum 2 dogs are allowed per room/unit, $50/night per dog (sorry, no cats).

Max 35 lbs per dog. Surcharge fee may apply for oversized dogs.

Pets cannot be left unattended.

Pets must be non-aggressive.

Pets cannot be a nuisance to your neighbors.

All dogs must be leashed while on the property and must be crated if left alone in the tents.

You must clean up after your pet immediately no matter where on Campground property it does its business.

Campers must be able to provide proof of current rabies vaccination upon request.

Visitors cannot bring pets onto our campsite.

Loving Heart Retreats Management reserves the right to not allow your pet on our site or to compel you to remove your pet from our site.
