Kingtown RV Park

Only RVs 2013 or newer in good condition.

All RVs must be in good physical condition and not in need of repair.

All guests staying longer than 4 weeks must complete a rental agreement.

Rent payments cannot be late or utilities may be disconnected.

Per site max capacity: four (x4) adults, OR six (x6) persons in a single- family unit. ($15 ea. additional guest per stay)

Max vehicles is two (x2) ($25 for additional vehicle.)

All vehicles must be parked in designated guest space only.

Check-in time: upon availability of site day of arrival.

Checkout is 1PM.

Conduct: Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. These actions are considered a reason for immediate eviction without refund.

No public drunkenness or nuisance will be allowed. No open fires allowed outside of firepits. No firing of fire arms. Fireworks are prohibited.

Quiet Time: 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. Some guests work nights so please be courteous to others ensuring noise levels are acceptable at all times. No Generators allowed unless electricity is off. Once power is restored generators are prohibited. No excessive noise or loud music (includes music, TV, shouting, and barking dogs).

Liability: All Park facilities and equipment of the park are intended for the convenience of the guests. Any and all persons using the facilities do so at THEIR OWN RISK and consent. The Park management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for accident due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God or other unfortunate circumstances. The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals or pets at their site for any/all damage to the park.

Parking: No repair of vehicles in the Park. Only one RV allowed per site. Two vehicles are allowed on site and must be parked within your site only. Do not infringe on unoccupied sites within the Park. Speed Limit 10 mph Drive and park ONLY on gravel areas.

Pets: Pets are Welcome! Maximum allowed is two (x2) ($10 for each additional pet per stay). Pick up all pet droppings immediately, and dispose of droppings in the dumpsters provided. All pets must remain on a leash or chain, and leaving pets outside unattended is prohibited.

Site Appearance: Campers agree to keep their site clean, neat and in an orderly fashion at all times. Please pick up all cigarette butts.

No window unit air conditioners unless hidden on the back side of a slide out.

No tarps, No boarded-up windows

No clotheslines or external appliances, cooking gear ok, keep deep freezers at rear.

No excessive or cluttered storage under or around RVs

Trash: ONLY household trash allowed. Please bag all trash and place in dumpsters. Bagged cold charcoal briquettes may be disposed of in dumpsters, not on the ground. Break down all trash to allow dumpsters to hold a greater capacity. Absolutely No Large items allowed - including boxes.

Leaving your bagged trash on the ground is prohibited.

Sewer Connections: Sewer Connections and required and must be sealed. Absolutely no draining of water storage tanks, including sewage or gray water. Please do not put wipes or feminine products down the sewer; only toilet tissue. RV/car washing is not allowed.

Fees: A $50.00 penalty shall be charged for all returned checks, in addition to the $100.00 late fee if the rent is late.

Park occupant will be responsible for any damage caused by you, family members or guests. The Park is not responsible for loss, injury, acts of God or nature, theft of belongings, or death of any person.

Failure to comply with park rules and regulations will be grounds for eviction. The management reserves the right to amend, revise, and/or add to these rules and regulations as needed.

NO REFUNDS if you should decide to check out prior to your departure date.
