We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:
3 days before check-in: 100% refund.
The day before check-in: 50% refund.
Day of check-in: Non-refundable.
Rules & regulations
Thank you for booking with us! Please go to your designated site. Our manager Gricelda will stop by to greet you and have you sign the RV Site Rental Agreement.
Please Review Our Community Policies Prior to Arriving:
-By paying for an RV site, the guest is provided a license to use the site for the term that they have paid in advance. The guest understands and agrees that this is a license only and does not create any type of landlord-tenant relationship.
-The guest’s RV must comply with the bare minimum appearance standards: The exterior must be well-kept and free from cosmetic defects, graffiti, etc. Management may ask the guest to improve the appearance of the guest’s RV if it does not meet the minimum appearance of the community guidelines in order to continue their stay.
-Guests will only use RV toilet paper. Regular toilet paper, paper towels, feminine products, etc. cannot be flushed. These items will clog our sewer lines and a snaking fee will be charged to the guest.
-Guests will keep the outside space of their RV site clear of debris and trash.
-Quiet Hours are between 9pm and 8am.
-No tolerance for drugs or disorderly behavior.
-Park speed limit: 5mph.
-Check-in is at 12pm and check-out is at 11am.
-If the guests have a pet, they agree to keep the pet leashed at all times while outside and pick up after their pet's droppings. The maximum pets per site allowed is two.
-Guests are responsible for their children and pets while staying in the community. Children must always be accompanied by an adult while outside near the fishing pond and in the laundry facilities.
