Reservation is viewed as a “two-way” agreement. We hold the space, which you have reserved, turning away all future requests, in return for payment of your deposit. No refunds once payment is processed. Only credit for future stays within 30 days of arrival.

Rules & regulations

Check in 2 PM. (If office is closed , please check board outside office door for your check in packet.)

Check out time is no later than 11 AM.

Starrville RV Resort is a cashless resort and all payments must be made by credit or debit card.

Registration and payment is due immediately upon arrival. No exceptions.

Absolutely no refunds. (Camp Credit is available upon request.)

Management reserves the right to reassign locations prior to your arrival due to unforeseen circumstances.

GENERAL RESORT REGULATIONS

A 10 MPH speed limit is strictly enforced. Please drive slowly and carefully in the park.

Solicitation or signs for the sale of products/services will not be allowed.

Loud, obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, or unlawful conduct or conduct that disturbs or threatens the rights, comfort, or convenience of others in or near the Property will not be tolerated. Violence or the threat of violence will not be tolerated and subject to immediate removal, including but not limited to…Screaming, hollering, abusive language, boisterous and/or violent behavior will not be tolerated and subject to immediate removal of the resort.

No tent camping or sleeping in vehicles allowed on Property.

The possession, sale or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on the RV Site or anywhere else on the Property is prohibited and subject to immediate removal.

Smoking is prohibited in any Park building. Dispose of smoking materials in proper receptacles. Do not throw them on the ground. This includes your site area.

Cutting of trees and plants is prohibited.

The operation of a business on the RV site or on the property is prohibited.

Visitors

NOTE: ALL VISITORS MUST REGISTER WITH THE FRONT OFFICE.

All visitors must check-in at the office and sign for a visitors parking pass.

Visitors must comply with all park rules & regulations.

You are responsible for the safety and conduct of your children and visiting guests.

Guests must park in designated areas.

Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision in all common areas.

Visitors must be accompanied by Resort guests while on property.

No pellet, air or paintball gun use allowed in the resort period

Any guest or visitor that damages or destroys resort property landscaping or equipment will be held liable the value to repair or replace damaged items we bill directly to the reservation holder.

We reserve the right to remove any guest who is under the state sexual offender registration program.

Any person/company coming in to work on your unit for any reason MUST have a certificate of insurance on file with our office.

Parking

Each pull through space will be limited to one RV and one tow vehicle or passenger vehicle.

If additional spaces are needed please visit the office for additional options.

No parking on the grass or in unassigned parking spaces.

Park your vehicle in your assigned site only.

Any vehicle parked in a vacant site without management approval will be charged for the space at the daily rate.

No mechanic work is allowed (changing oil, tires, etc.).

All vehicles must be parked in designated areas.

Vehicles will not be allowed to be parked on the streets.

Visitors must be parked in Guest parking with visible Guest Parking pass in their window.

Car passes MUST be displayed at all times.

Do NOT give your pass card to anyone to use to access the park.

Vehicles violating any of the above will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Laundry Facility

Please be respectful to other guests when using the laundry facility.

Do not leave your Laundry unattended.

We keep our facilities neat and clean at all times.

Please take care of them and report any problem immediately.

Garbage

Garbage materials must be placed in a designated container in the Northeast corner of the site at the end of Row 6.

No dumping of food scraps or cooking grease allowed on the ground.

All garbage must be disposed of in the dumpster provided and bagged properly.

Large personal items are not to be placed in a dumpster.

Violators are subject to a $200.00 fine.

Bicycles/ Scooters/ Toys

Bicycles/scooters are allowed on interior roads.

No riding bicycles after dark.

Make sure to keep roads free of bikes and toys when not in use and put away neatly on site.

Golf Carts

All guests wishing to have a golf cart must sign a liability waiver.

Owner must provide proof of insurance.

Only those 16 years of age and older with a valid driver’s license are permitted to operate golf carts. Golf carts must be well maintained and compliant with local laws.

Golf carts must be driven only on roads.

ABSOLUTELY NO OFF ROAD DRIVING.

You may not drive through another campsite at any time.

Pool

Please abide by the posted pool rules. Note: No lifeguard is on duty. You must watch your children at all times.

Pool hours are 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Gate must be closed and latched at all times.

No lifeguard on duty swim at your own risk.

No children under the age of 16 allowed without parental supervision.

teenagers between 16 and 18 are allowed no more than two additional guests at the pool without parental supervision.

No food and water no glass containers.

No smoking.

No running no diving.

No animals allowed except for service animals.

No animals allowed in water.

Close umbrellas after use if you move furniture put it back in place after use.

Pets

A fenced dog park is provided for you to exercise your pet.

Please read and abide by the dog park rules.

All pets (dogs and cats) must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES unless inside the dog park.

Wildlife/farm animals are not considered pets and not allowed.

All pet feces cleaned up after, not aggressive and not left unattended.

Pets cannot be a nuisance to others, example: constant barking.

Do not leave doors or windows closed on RV, if you are away from the site and pet is left inside the RV.

When you are gone pets are not allowed to be tied up outside or left on decks.

No pets, other than certified service pets are allowed in the office, lobby, comfort station, laundry, game room, studio or restroom areas.

The park reserves the right to prohibit any pets or breed at our discretion.

Failure to comply with the above will result in a $25 fine per occurrence and will result with pets and possibly the owners being barred from the property.

Clean up after yourself and your guest upon leaving place.

SITE/RV REGULATIONS

All RVs must be fully self-contained, well-kept and in good condition.

RVs 10 years or older must be approved by Park management.

We do not require but suggest guests water pressure regulator and surge protectors to be used while rv is connected to our utilities.

Starrville RV Resort will not be liable for any damage to your property.

Maximum of six (6) people; one (1) RV; and two (2) vehicles per site (only pull-thru sites).

Four (6) people included in rates.

Additional persons $10 an adult and $5 per child per night up to the maximum. 4.

The number of persons occupying the recreational vehicle shall not exceed two (3) adults. A penalty of $100.00 per person will be enforced if the occupancy rule is violated.

Additionally, the appropriate fee of $10 for the number of additional persons will be charged and computed from the Effective Date of your site service agreement.

No subletting is allowed.

Campfires allowed in fire pits only. Do not leave unattended. Make sure they are completely out when not in use.

Manufactured outdoor cooking/charcoal grills are permitted.

No clotheslines; freezers/refrigerators; fencing; barriers or pallets; dog kennels, pens or dog runs allowed.

No mats, rugs, etc., allowed on the grass.

All water hoses/sewer lines must be free from leaks; and sewer hoses must have a “do-nut” or threaded attachment into the sewer.

A positive sewer seal at both ends of your sewer hose is required by law.

Your site is neat, clean, and adequate for your recreational vehicle. Please maintain the RV site.

Do not make any changes to the RV site without the prior written consent of the park.

Immediately report any issues with your site to Management.

Recreational vehicles must be kept clean (no excessive mold, dirty streaks, etc.) and in good repair at all times. Broken awnings, hoses, seals, window air conditioners or sewage/water leakage will not be permitted.

Extended Stay guests are required to wash and wax their RV a minimum of once per year.

The operation of a business on the RV site or on the property is prohibited.

The storage of hazardous materials on the RV site or anywhere on the Property is prohibited

No major vehicle repairs will be permitted on the premises.

Do NOT wash campers or vehicles on premises unless you obtain a Wash Permit from the office.

Any person/company coming in to work on your unit for any reason MUST have a certificate of insurance on file with our office.

Damage to Park property, including but not limited to: restrooms; utilities; landscaping; vehicles; street lights or signage is strictly prohibited.

Guests will be held responsible for the repair of any damages.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Starrvile RV Resort assumes no responsibility for fire, theft, vandalism, natural happenings, injury, accidents or losses from any cause.

Starrvile RV Resort is not responsible for any damage to vehicles caused by other guests/visitors.

Starrvile RV Resort is not responsible for any personal property.

Starrvile RV Resort reserves the right to limit the stay and number of persons per site.

Willful violation of these rules will result in termination of tenancy and barring from the property.

These Rules & Regulations supersede any previously written or discussed.

Rules & Regulations; and rates may be changed at any time without prior notice.

Please report any problems to Park management immediately.

Please notify Park management of any incident or accidents as soon as possible.
