Come for the mountains surrounding Red River, full of forests, fresh air, and endless fun. Stay on our 17-acre 4K River Ranch landscape where you’ll find RV sites, rustic cabins, and condos. We also offer a beautiful penthouse with a hot tub in town that sleeps up to 10 people. Our condos and cabins do not have A/C units, but we offer comfortable accommodations nonetheless. The entire park is open from May 1st thru Columbus Day. Our year round, full hookup RV sites are sites 62-76 (water, electric, sewer). We have other sites available after Columbus Day thru October 31st (weather permitting) which come with electric and sewer connections only (no water). Our condos, river cabins and The View are also open year round. We also have one 42' 5th Wheel with three separate living areas that sleeps two for rent year round.
