House rules for a happy stay

14 days before arrival day.
No shows will be charged the entire reservation.
A $25.00 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.
No refunds for early departures or late cancellations. Rates subject to change without notice.

All Cabins are priced for 2 Guests
Additional Cabin Guests $6/Night/Guest
RV & Tent sites are priced for 2 Guests
Additional RV Guests $3/Night/Guest
Children under 5 are free.
Cabins require a minimum 2 nights stay
Cabins are open Year Round
RV Park open Late April- Late October
PETS
Yes, we do allow pets in the cabins as well as the RV Park. All cabins are limited to 2 pets, with a fee of $25/pet/night. Cabins 10 & 11 are limited to 1 pet, with a fee of $25/pet/night. There is no fee for the RV park.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding in cabins ($150.00 cleaning fee). Any other damages to the cabins is the guests responsibility.
All pets must be kept on a leash and crated if left unattended so not to disturb others.
Owners must pick up after their pets.
Pets are not allowed in the office, clubhouse, Laundry, or Restrooms.
FIRE RESTRICTIONS
We are located within the City Limits, which does not allow for individual fire rings at RV or Tent sites. We do offer 2 permitted fire pit areas for guest use, as well as a central BBQ Grill.
