White Sands Manufactured Home & RV CommunityWhite Sands Community is an award-winning property offering RV spaces and newly remodeled manufactured homes in the scenic town of Alamogordo. The community offers dramatic views of the 9,000-foot Sacramento Mountains. The pull-through RV spaces feature full hookups (30 and 50 amps), paved lots, privacy walls, and free cable TV. The 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes provide updated appliances, fenced yards, air conditioning, and double-pane windows. Amenities include a spacious clubhouse with large-screen TV and billiards, resort-style swimming pool, playground, basketball court, shuffleboard, and laundry facilities. The community is walking distance to major stores and restaurants.The onsite management team provides a clean, well-kept, quiet living environment. The friendly residents participate in a variety of community activities, ranging from potlucks, game nights, and communal garage sales.

4K River RanchSince the 1970s we’ve been hosting hardworking and fun-loving folks like you who relish an escape for a few days. Come for the mountains surrounding Red River, full of forests, fresh air, and endless fun. Stay on our 17-acre 4K River Ranch landscape where you’ll find RV sites, rustic cabins, and condos. We also offer a beautiful penthouse with a hot tub in town that sleeps up to 10 people. Our condos and cabins do not have A/C units, but we offer comfortable accommodations nonetheless. The entire park is open from May 1st thru Columbus Day. Our year round, full hookup RV sites are sites 62-76 (water, electric, sewer). We have other sites available after Columbus Day thru October 31st (weather permitting) which come with electric and sewer connections only (no water). Our condos, river cabins and The View are also open year round. We also have one 42' 5th Wheel with three separate living areas that sleeps two for rent year round.
