Cancellation Policy
While we hope you’ll be able to honor your reservation and come camp with us, we understand sometimes things change.
Refund Policy
We offer full refunds with a $15 service charge for all reservations canceled 72 hours prior to arrival date. No refunds will be issued if reservation is canceled less than 72 hours before arrival.
Campers who don’t call or show for their reservation will be canceled without a refund of their deposit.
No refunds due to weather or early departure.

Check in: 1 pm Mountain Time
Check out: 12 pm Mountain Time
Early and Late Arrivals
Standard check-in time is 1:00pm. Early check-in prior to 12:00pm is subject to a $25 early arrival fee. At Hacienda RV Resort, all sites are assigned in advance – you will not be permitted to take an “open site” if arriving prior to check-in time. If you are able, please call in ahead of time to notify the resort and check site availability if you are arriving early.
