Ten Sleep RV Park is located on Highway 16 in the west foothills of the Big Horn Mountains just outside of Ten Sleep, Wyoming.The RV park features 52 full-service pull through sites with mature shade trees, 6 sleeping cabins, 2 modern cabins, 4 bunkhouses and a shaded and grassy tent site. Hot showers are available at 2 bath/shower houses on the premises. Other amenities include a 24-hour laundry, dump station, propane, free WIFI and pure artesian water. We also have a Horse Hotel Facility for boarding horses for travelers.

The Park County Events Department provides county properties as venues for community events, fundraisers, benefits, company parties, weddings, family celebrations, and private gatherings. The department works and coordinates with various individuals and groups on their respective events. In addition, the Events Department works in conjunction with the Park County Fair Advisory Board to plan and produce the Park County Fair held every year the last full week in July.The Events Department offices are housed at the Park County Fairgrounds located in Powell which is in the Northwest corner of Wyoming. Powell is 75 miles east of Yellowstone National Park and 98 miles south of Billings, Montana. Lying between the Big Horn Mountains on the east and the Absaroka Range on the west, clear blue skies, clean air, a pleasant temperate climate, and loads of sunshine make the Powell Valley a great place to live and visit. The Park County Fairgrounds are centrally located in Powell and make a perfect spot to host any sized event or gathering. The 20 acre, 9-building fairgrounds feature paved and lighted parking as well as large open grassy spaces.We have several different areas and buildings for rent. If you have an event to put on, we have what you need to make it a success. Big or small, indoors or outside, we have the space to fit your needs and can accommodate events of every size. Year-round camping (electric only camping in off season) is also available at the fairgrounds.

We sit at 9400 FT. along the 69 mile scenic Beartooth Highway (US 212) which is designated as an All-American Road. It is 38 miles from Red Lodge, Montana and 25 miles from Cooke City, Montana (which is 6 miles from the Northeast entrance to Yellowstone National Park.) This stretch of the highway is open from Memorial Day to Columbus Day. It is deemed "America's most beautiful roadway" by Charles Kuralt of CBS news.The store was built on Beartooth Lake and moved to its present location in the early "60s". It is located on the Shoshone National Forest, which has ample amounts of camping, hiking, 4- wheeling, and fishing opportunities through the summer season. When the highway closes in October, the recreation changes to ice fishing, snowmobiling (some years through May) X-country skiing, snow shoeing, and snow boarding.

From tents to RV's of all sizes, our guests enjoy lots of space and privacy. Our place is very quiet with great views of the Wind River Mountain range and the Owl Creek Mountain range. We are located 160 miles from Jackson and only 50 miles from Thermopolis Hot Springs and the Wind River Canyon. Wifi included, fire pits and firewood available, shower and restroom, plenty of room to hike. Jim and I (Paulette) broke ground in 1983 with the intent to host jackpot team roping, calf roping and barrel racing events of all sizes. We no longer produce events (due to health issues) so we decided to share our space with campers. We have 250 acres and we are located just far enough off the beaten path that our guests can enjoy our quiet, peaceful, private place. Occasionally, we will have a campfire in front of our house - everyone is always welcome (no invitation needed).
