Pet Policy

• Pets must be kept QUIET, leashed and NEVER left unattended.

• Pets are NOT allowed in the hotel, pool house, deck, office, or shower facilities.

• An additional $500 charge PER NIGHT will be added to your reservation if you choose to "sneak" in a pet.

• Pet walking areas are available, please walk your pets in the designated areas, and clean up after your pet.

• Pets are not allowed in the Park and Playground area.

RV/Tent Park

• Do not park or drive any motorized vehicle, motorcycle, or ATV on any area other than the designated roadways. Do not operate on grass or RV &Tent sites. ATVs, motorcycles, and off highway vehicles are restricted to ENTERING and EXITING the RV park. No riding in the park.

• Use of ATV’s, motorcycles and other off highway vehicles are prohibited in the RV Park after 10 PM.

• Do not remove picnic table from sites. Our Park area is available for larger gatherings.

• Please do not put barbecue grills on plastic picnic tables.

• Keep all fires in existing fire rings and small in size. NO large fires. Do not dig new fire pits.

• Never leave fires unattended. Extinguish all fires before leaving for the day, or before retiring for the night.

• Sawtelle guests are subject to all the local area fire restrictions and regulations. At certain times of the year we will post NO FIREWORKS.

• There are several 20 amp power outlets around the campground. Please do not turn these off as it will disrupt power to the rest of the campground.

Smoking/Vaping Sawtelle Mountain Resort is a non-smoking/Vaping facility. Smoking/Vaping MUST be 30 feet away from all doors and all entries. Smoking/Vaping will result in a $400 per night cleaning fee.

Parking Lot Please observe the 5 MPH speed limit on our property, especially during snowmobile season. If you have a trailer or over-sized vehicle, or are going to be parking in the roads, please contact the front desk for approval. Without prior approval we will tow any vehicles or trailers at owner's expense.

Key There is a $5 fee for every key not returned.

Noise Please be respectful and mindful of your fellow guests. For excessive noise and partying at inappropriate times, we reserve the right to escort you off the property and cancel the remainder of your reservation. You will receive no refund in any way.

Lost Items We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during you stay with us. We ask you to please make sure your valuables are secure. If we find items after your departure, we will hold them for 30 days for you to reclaim, after which we will dispose of in a commercially reasonable manner.

Damages I, including everyone in my party, take full responsibility for any damages to my room and to Sawtelle Mountain Resort property and will pay for the repairs before I leave. Excessively dirty towels and missing property are examples of damage. I will promptly report any damages that occur.

Any illegal activity on our property is prohibited. You and your guests must leave the property immediately, will forfeit the remainder of your reservation, and will receive no refund in any way.

Sawtelle Mountain Adventures, LLC DBA Sawtelle Mountain Resort, LLC and the owners of the park are not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, accidents, or any damage to your personal equipment/property, vehicle or RV. You or your personal insurance is responsible for any damage or accidental mishap to any of your personal property.

Sawtelle Mountain Resort will charge your card for unpaid balance, damages, items taken, pet, and/or smoking cleaning charges. It also represents your consent to all policies, procedures, and rules as outlined here.
