Leave Sturgeon Valley Campground on your canoe, kayak, or tube for some of the finest river floating in Northern Michigan. We are also close to the Pigeon River. We have tubes for rent and will gladly take you up stream to enjoy floating back to our campground. We feature 30 amp hookup sites along with restrooms, playground, laundry facilities and an on site store. Whether it's for a short or long term stay, we hope to see you soon!
Oscoda County ParkOscoda County Park in Mio, MI is situated on the flood waters of the Mio Dam along the world famous AuSable River. The campground is open April 15th– November 30. There are 65 electric modern sites (30 & 50 AMP), 87 rustic sites, and a camping cabin available. Tents, Trailers, RVs, and 5th Wheels are all welcome. FREE HIGH SPEED WIFI is available to all campers. All your outdoor recreational dreams are awaiting you with the Huron National Forest being minutes away. There is direct access to ORV trails, with ORV’s welcome in the campground. Oscoda County Park provides the perfect atmosphere for your next camping adventure!
Northern Exposure CampgroundNorthern Exposure Campground is Michigan's premiere "Up-North" camping experience and includes 300 wooded acres with 2.5 miles of coastline on the Hodenpyle Pond. We offer a total of 260 spacious sites, complete with panoramic views of an amazing lake, with a backdrop of rolling hills. We offer primitive sites, electric and water sites, pull-thru water sites, and sites with 50-amp electrical service. Sanitary dump stations are available for our guests. We also rent camping cabins. Taylors Lost Haven CampgroundNestled in Beaverton, Michigan, Taylors Lost Haven Campground features partial 30/50 amp water and electric sites along with cabin rentals. No tents. Visitors can enjoy access to the beach with kayaks and canoes for rent along with on-shore fishing. Some amenities include a dump station, camp store, bathhouse, and a playground to list a few. Big Bend ParkBig Bend Park is located on the Big Muskegon River near the Hardy Dam. The Park features 17 miles of waterway for boating, fishing, swimming, waterskiing. We offer docks, showers, water, and electricity, sewage disposal, playgrounds, and picnic areas. The brilliant fall colors with the blue waters are a breathtaking site. Both parks have cabins, playgrounds, a beach, docks, bathhouses, pavilion and a dump station. And, we're open all year long!
White Cloud, MI
Diamond Lake County ParkLocated approximately 6 miles north and west from the City of White Cloud in Newaygo County, you can experience this 156 acre park with 2,000 feet of frontage on the sparkling waters of Diamond Lake, an all-sports lake. Adjacent lands are owned by the Manistee National Forest. The campground currently offers 2 camping cabins, 60 campsites of which 24 are full hook-up (water, sewer and electric), and the remaining 36 sites are electric. There are two bathroom/shower buildings and a shelter building that can be reserved. Additionally the park contains a sanitation station, play areas, swimming beach, horseshoes, beach volleyball, hiking trails, picnic area, and enclosed shelter building. Enjoy a hike in Michigan’s north woods. Starting from the trailhead at Diamond Lake County Park, adventurous hikers may trek forth on the 10 mile, circular, Birch Grove Trail. This trail through the Manistee National Forest passes through the only wildflower sanctuary (Loda Lake Wildflower Sanctuary) within the entire National Forest System. Birch Grove trail also connects with the National Park Service’s 2,000 mile long North Country National Scenic Trail.

Sandy Beach County ParkSituated on 129 acres along the shore of 4000 acre Hardy Pond, this park's "Up North" look and feel makes it hard to believe that Grand Rapids is only 45 minutes away. The park offers modern and semi-modern camping with 25 water, sewer, and electric sites, 72 water and electric sites, 28 electric sites and 100 sites without hookups. The campground has 2 bathroom/shower buildings and a sanitation station. There is a large semi-modern group campground for youth organizations, family, church groups, and camping clubs. Also available are picnic areas, large sandy swimming beach, playground, boat launch, and dock rentals. Sandy Beach also includes sites with full hookup, pull through, water views, new camping cabins, and a picnic shelter.
