Zubers River Camp is nestled in the hill country, on the beautiful spring-fed Frio River, under the amazing Old Baldy. Family-owned and operated for over 50 years, Zubers takes pride in remaining a family-oriented and fun place to vacation. Whether you're interested in a rental cabin, an RV hookup, or a campsite with shelter, we can accommodate your needs. We have ample frontage on the Frio River so you can relax or enjoy some tubing.
Zubers River Camp offers 12 Cabins, 6 Shelters and 31 Full Hook-up RV sites. The famous Garner State Park dance starts every evening around dusk right across the river and goes until 11:00 pm.

All bookings are final No refunds and No rescheduling.
Rules & regulations
We are a Family Oriented facility. If you're coming to the Frio River just to party, please find somewhere else to stay.
River Rules:
No Fires or Charcoal at River – only in firepits at campsite.
No charcoal grills at River or cooking on the River Bank.
No glass containers allowed at river.
NO LITTERING – Please pick up after yourself so everyone can enjoy the river.
SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! No lifeguard on DUTY!!!
NO LOUD MUSIC!
No boom Boxes and No loud Music
Campsite Rules:
No Changing Reservation Dates After Booking
NO LITTERING – a trashy campsite is grounds for dismissal without refund.
No grills under cabin canopy.
Dumpsters on site. Dispose of your own trash!
No outside A/C or window units allowed.
DANGER: DO NOT tamper with any breaker/electrical boxes!!!
Customer is responsible for any breaker/electrical damage, repair and costs!
No generators or large outdoor fans. Loud nuisances.
No gray water allowed on the ground. All fluids must be contained in RV holding tank or drained into sewer hook-up.
No firearms, air rifles, slingshots or paintball guns.
Do not hammer nails into trees.
Quiet time is at 11:00pm. Respect your neighbors.
No loud music, profanity, or loud noise. Any noise after 11PM is a $200 fine.
Speed limit 5 mph at all times. Families at play!
No ATV’s, golf carts, scooters, etc. allowed at any time. Insurance Liability. No Exceptions!
No vehicles on river bank or in river bed. Drop off & parking areas near river are available.
Do Not Pull Bark Off Trees.
Not Responsible for Accidents! You are responsible for your party and your own safety.
Do not leave plastic on shelters or carpets on the ground.
Pets welcome on leashes and must be attended to at all time. Please pick up after your pet.
No cutting of any trees at any time!!! Entire group will be asked to leave without refund!!! $200 fine for harvesting wood.
NO SMOKING IN CABINS, RENTAL TRAILER OR BATH HOUSE!!!
All guests under the age of 18 must but be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Disturbances due to intoxication are strictly prohibited. Guests will be given a warning to quiet down and asked to leave immediately if failing to do so. No refunds given.
Please display parking permits at all times. Towing Enforced!
