Payments are refundable less the $5 processing charge if cancelled 24 hours (Holidays and special events require 48 hour notice) in advance.

Arrival / Departure Time

Office Hours: 10:00am - 8:00pm (reach via phone 24 hours a day)

Check in time:

RV Check-in time during office hours is 2:00pm – 8:00pm

NOTE: after hours check-in is available via on-line / phone registration or drop off payment box

RV Check-out time is 12:00 pm. No exceptions please

Late arrivals: Online / phone reservations and drop box payment are available after office closing hours

Early arrivals: Guests should call prior to arriving early to check availability

Stay extensions: Unscheduled extensions are welcome, however may be subject to availability and / or location change

RV Site Maximum Occupancies

RV site maximum occupancy is 6 people, including children and infants, (1) RV and (1) auto.

Rates are based upon two people per camper with a charge of $2 per night for each additional person age 13 and over, with a max of 6.

Extra auto and trailer parking availability is limited and should be reserved. The fee is $5 per additional vehicle and / or trailer per night. Guests should contact the office to check additional parking availability prior to making a reservation.

All RVs, autos and trailers must be parked on the assigned RV site rock pad or in the designated additional vehicle parking area.

Absolutely NO ATV’s or Semi-truck / trailers will be allowed on site.

WiFi

Complimentary WIFI access is provided. Wi-FI speed is impacted by usage which is high between 5:00pm and 12:00am. We can not guarantee WIFI access at every site based on demand. The bathhouse / laundry facility is a WIFI hotspot designed to support email, messaging and similar communication activities.

Restrooms / Showers

Restrooms and showers will be closed for cleaning daily from 10:30-11:30am for cleaning daily.

Laundry Facilities

Coin operated washer and dryers are available on a first come, first serve basis. Laundry and other personal belongings are NOT to be left unattended at any time.

Site Maintenance

Keep your site neat and fee of litter, including cigarette butts. There are dumpsters located around the campground for your use. We request you not leave chairs, games, bicycles, and other personal property on lawns that will impede lawn maintenance. For safety reasons, clotheslines are NOT allowed. Do NOT hang towels, clothing, linens or other articles from trees, fences, or your RV. Laundry facilities are available for both washing and drying.

Campfires

Open fires are NOT permitted on any RV site.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome in our RV park! (maximum of two per camper; $2 nightly fee per pet)

Pets may not be kept in autos, trailers, kennels or fencing outside of an RV. Pets may be tied outside of an RV as long as accompanied by a paying guest.

Pets are required to be on a short leash at all times

Quiet, well-behaved pets only

If your pet is excessively noisy, please do not leave them unattended. If your pet disturbs or threatens another guest or employee of the RV Park, the pet will be asked to leave.

Guests are NOT allowed at or near the adjacent pond. This is NOT our property and trespassing is NOT allowed.

The York KAMPground will not be responsible for fire, accidents or loss of personal property / valuables of any kind. Guests accept site rental privileges with the understanding they are responsible for their own safety as well as any guests that may accompany them.
