Yellowstone Dreamin Camp

Check-in: 4:00 PM - 10:00PM.

All efforts will be made to have your vacation home cleaned and ready by your check-in time, but at times we cannot guarantee the exact time of occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances. If you find yourself in the area and need to arrive before the check in time, please call or text and we will see if we can accommodate you. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call or text to make arrangements.

Check-out: 11:00 AM.

Check-out time must be met to allow cleaning to be completed for the next guest(s).

If you need a late checkout- please contact us and we will try to accommodate you if possible. Guests that occupy the property beyond 11:00 AM without prior approval will be charged a late check-out fee equivalent to $50.00 for each hour of occupancy beyond the checkout time.

Absolutely No Smoking of any kind inside the tents A fee will be charged of $250 for smoking inside a tent

Pets must not be left in the tents unattended even in a kennel.

YELLOWSTONE DREAMIN CAMP RULES

1. All guests (and any visitors) must comply with all of the Camp Rules and any additional instructions provided during their stay.

2. Guests must notify the manager of any disputes or complaints from or about neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.

3. Guests are fully responsible for the safety & security of their children & pets at all times, as well as any undue disturbance caused to other residents at the camp. The tents are spread apart well, so this is not a common occurrence.

4. Quiet time is from 10PM to 8AM. Please try to keep noise at a minimum when arriving or departing between these hours also.

5. Any additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance.

6. Parties & large gatherings are prohibited at the camp unless the party has rented the whole camp for the function.

7. Small gatherings must follow Camp Rules.

8. Please park behind your tent and only drive through the camp on gravel trails provided; as there are some uneven areas which may affect your vehicle.

9. Please take all of your trash to one of the large trash cans along the lane or by the guest kitchen upon need or departure.

10. Upon leaving your tent- please make sure your tent is zippered all of the way - both the screen and the canvas - this will keep any possible wind from damaging your tent. For the same reason please zipper all windows shut as well when leaving the Camp

11. Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the tents. If you do smoke please do not leave cigarette butts anywhere on the property.

12. Pets are not allowed to stay in the tents unsupervised. We do provide doggy day-care for a fee while you are out and about exploring. Reservations are required.

13. Please keep your dog on a leash & pick up after your dog.

14. Please notify us if there is any damage or breakage during your stay, or if we have missed something from a prior guest.

15. Upon departure- please deposit your garbage in nearby trash cans.

In the event of an emergency please call 911 & notify the manager.

Children are welcome with an accompanying adult.

Children age 17 and under stay free.

Pets are welcome.

Pets must weigh under 150 pounds.

We charge $10 per night per tent for up 2 dogs. All dogs must be kept on a leash and be sure to pick up after them.
