Policies
Cancellations made within three (3) days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a charge of one night's reservation fee for the site type selected. All other cancellations will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds given for early departures.

-Yanks RV Resort is a family resort environment.
-Maximum of six (6) people per site
-Rate includes first two (2) people at site. $10 extra per additional person eighteen (18) years and older.
-Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
-We're a pet friendly resort! Up to three (3) well behaved, non-aggressive pets are allowed. -No Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and Doberman breeds or mixes thereof.
-Check-in is at 12:00 pm, check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
