Woodsmoke Family Campground

No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of monthly reservations and within 48 hours of nightly reservations. There will be a $15.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations.

No shows will be charged the full amount for nightly/weekly reservations and full amount of deposit for monthly reservations.

No refunds for early departure!

Alcohol/Tobacco/Drugs: Display of alcoholic beverages is not permitted. No smoking in any Woodsmoke building (Office, Cabins, Laundry, or Bathhouse). Illegal drugs will not be tolerated.

Non-residence: Woodsmoke is intended for temporary stays by transient guest and is not to be used as a residence. Permanent living quarters or structures or vehicles used for permanent living are prohibited. No wood, metal, or poly storage sheds.

Refusal or Denial of Accommodations: Management may refuse/deny accommodations for any reason.

Occupancy: No more than 6 total per campsite. There will be additional charges for more than 4 persons per site

Trailers/ Boats: Trailers and boats must be approved by management.

Children: Parents/ guardians are responsible for the safety of their children. No unsupervised children around pond. Woodsmoke is not responsible for children. Parents/guardians are responsible for any damage caused by their children.

Pond: All Woodsmoke guest are welcome to fish in our pond. You can even keep the fish you catch. Absolutely No swimming, boats, or kayaks permitted in the pond. Parents must accompany children around pond.

Pets: The camper is responsible for any pet permitted on campsite. Pets must be leashed and waste must be picked up and disposed of properly. No pet linens or pet beds permitted in Woodsmoke laundry machines. Certified service dogs are welcomed. Management may prohibit pets in its sole discretion. All pet owners will sign pet agreement at check-in.

Vehicles: No more than two (2) vehicles per campsite, unless otherwise approved by management. Vehicles must be parked out of roadway. Maximum speed limit is 5MPH for all vehicles including bicycles.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is @ 2pm Check-out is @12pm. Staying beyond checkout time must be approved by management or additional charges may apply. Use of amenities after checkout time is not permitted.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. Profanity, loud music and disrespectful conduct, that disturbs the peace of Woodsmoke will not tolerated.

Campfires: Supervised campfires are permitted in approved fire rings/pits only. Do not move campfire pits. Campfires may be prohibited at anytime at the sole discretion of management.

Appliances/ ETC: We take pride in our campground. Please keep campsites neat and clean. Only grills, lawn furniture and plants outside camping units. No clotheslines or household appliances outside camping unit.

Trash: Littering is prohibited. All household garbage must be placed in a plastic bags and disposed of in dumpster. Garbage may not be left outside overnight.

RV/ Vehicle Washing and Repair: Campers and vehicles may not be washed or repaired on site without advance approval from management.

Water leaks must be reported immediately!

Assumption of Risk/Waiver of Liability: There are risks associated with camping and related activities. Woodsmoke will not be responsible for injuries or damage to their guest.

Eviction: Individuals may be evicted from Woodsmoke for noncompliance of these rules or any other reason permitted by applicable Law of South Carolina
