Wolf Creek Park will not apply a penalty (administrative) charge if you:

Change or cancel a reservation within 24 hours of making the reservation.

Extend a reservation.

Upgrade a reservation to a higher-priced site.

Change a reservation to a different site in the same site type and at the same fee.

Wolf Creek Park will apply a penalty charge if you:

Drop any dates on a reservation.

Change arrival date, except to extend a reservation by arriving earlier.

Downgrade to a lower-priced site.

Changes to Reservation

Changes made by 2PM five days or more before the arrival date:

Penalty = $10.00 or amount paid (excluding entrance fees) whichever is less

Changes made less than five days from the 2PM arrival date, upon arrival, or after arrival:

Penalty = $10.00 per night reduced with a maximum penalty of $50

Cancel Reservation

Cancel by 2PM five days or more before the arrival date:

Penalty = $10.00 or amount paid (excluding entrance fees), whichever is less.

Cancel less than five days from the 2PM arrival date:

Penalty =$10.00 per night with a maximum penalty of $50

Do not cancel and do not show up: Forfeiture of the entire amount paid.

Note: If a site's price is less than $10, the penalty will be the cost of the site.

Rules & regulations

Wolf Creek Park camping season is March 1st through November 30th.

10:00 P.M. is quiet time in the park.

Wolf Creek Park offers RV sites and tent sites for your camping enjoyment. RV sites offer 30 and 40-foot back-in pad sites with 30- and 50-amp electrical service and sewer connection. All sites provide our guests with water, electric, picnic table, campsite grill, and fire ring for burning firewood. Burning trash, bottles, cans, paper, plastic, etc. is prohibited.

The park is not open to the general public on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays for day use. You must be camping or visiting someone who is camping to be able to come in to the park on these days. You may purchase a Day Pass Monday (providing the Monday is not a holiday) through Thursday for day use at $5.00 per person.

No more than eight people may share a campsite. Groups larger than eight people are required to reserve an additional campsite.

A two-night minimum on weekends and three-night minimum on holiday weekends is required. A maximum of eight people may camp overnight on a campsite and two vehicles are allowed per campsite. The maximum length of stay on each campsite is 14 nights.

For your safety and enjoyment of the park, please observe the following rules:

1. Permit stickers must be placed on the windshield above the inspection sticker for proper identification and re-entrance into the park. If the permit is not affixed to the proper vehicle or is used to bring unauthorized individuals into the park, it becomes null and void.

2. No individual under the age of 18 may obtain a camping permit unless accompanied by an adult.

3. No display or public consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed.

4. Littering is prohibited.

5. Camping is permitted only in designated areas.

6. Anyone defacing TRA property or facilities may be prosecuted or required to leave the park without a refund.

7. Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated in the park; violators may be prosecuted or required to leave the park without a refund.

8. A 20 MPH speed limit is observed in the park for all motorized vehicles.

9. Use of skateboards, roller skates and/or roller blades is prohibited in the park. Prudent judgment, adult supervision and proper safety equipment should be used when riding bicycles in the park. No golf carts/ATVs, hover boards or drones permitted.

10. Use of all-terrain vehicles and dirt bikes is prohibited in the park. Motorcycles are not permitted in the park unless street-legal and used only on paved roads.

11. Pets must be kept on leashes and under the owner's control at all times. Visitors with pets that present a threat or disturb other visitors will be asked to remove their pets from the park. Pets are not allowed in the swimming, picnic or playground areas.

12. No firearms of any type, including BB guns, air rifles, paint ball guns, etc., exploding fireworks, or bows are permitted in the park.

13. WCP management insists on absolute quiet after 10 p.m. Playing radios, recorded music and musical instruments will not be permitted after 10 p.m. This also applies to generators, power plants, etc.

14. Camping units with sinks, lavatories or toilet facilities may not be used to dispose of water except in specified disposal sites constructed for this purpose.

15. No glass containers are allowed in the swimming area or playground.

16. Dumping of oil, gas or batteries is prohibited.

17. No unnecessary usage of water will be allowed.

18. TRA's Ordinance No. O-76 provides that it is unlawful for any person: 1) to bathe or swim within one hundred feet (100') of any public boat ramp at Lake Livingston; 2) to use any public ramp for any purpose other than to launch or retrieve a watercraft from Lake Livingston; and, 3) to allow an animal under their ownership or supervision to wade into or enter the water at a public boat ramp. A violation of Ordinance No. O-76 is a Class C Texas Parks and Wildlife Misdemeanor and will be punished by a fine of up to $500.00. Swimming is permitted only in the designated and marked area at Wolf Creek Park.

19. If San Jacinto County issues a burn ban, this designation also applies to campers. No open flames from campfires will be permitted during these high-risk times; however, grills with charcoal can be utilized for cooking.

20. Anyone in violation of these rules may be required to leave the park without refund, and may be prosecuted.

21. Full RV hookup sites are to be reserved for RV's and accompanying tenting guests.

22. Tent sites are limited to one (1) portable A/C or electric heater per campsite.

23. Grilling and cooking is prohibited in the designated swimming area (picnic only).

You can bring your pets to the parks! However, we do have some rules:

Pets must be on leash, in a car, or in a crate at all times. The leash can be no longer than 6 feet.

You must be with your pet at all times. You may not leave your pet unattended in the park, in a vehicle, or at your campsite.

Do not bring a noisy or dangerous dog to the park.

Pets are not allowed in any buildings. This includes group facilities and restrooms.

You must pick up your pet’s waste and put it in the trash.

Pets are not allowed in the water or on the land around a designated swim area.

Your pet must have a current rabies vaccination, and you must have proof with you.

If you break these rules, or possess a noisy, vicious, or dangerous pet, or a pet which creates a disturbance or hazard within the park, you and your pet may be asked to leave.
