House rules for a happy stay
Policies
We are hopeful that no issues arise regarding your reservation. Should an issue arise that requires cancelling or changing your reservation, we want to be sure that you understand our cancellation policy.
Reservation cancellations require 2 weeks notice prior to your scheduled arrival date.
If you cancel your reservation 2 weeks or more from your arrival date, you will be refunded everything back less a $10 processing fee for EACH cancelled reservation.
If you cancel your reservation within 2 weeks (14 days) of your arrival date your card will be charged one night's rate + the processing and lock fees.
If you cancel your reservation 48 hours or less of your arrival date no refund will be given.
Reservations who don't contact us and don't show up for their site will have their reservation cancelled without a refund of their deposit.
We do not offer refunds for weather or change in travel plans.
Refunds for early departure will not be given.
Unfortunately, even in cases of an emergency, we cannot refund deposits when a cancellation occurs without proper notice. We DO NOT offer refunds for WEATHER, HEALTH or MECHANICAL related instances. Additionally, guests who shorten their stay are liable for charges on cancelled nights. Management reserves the right to approve refund requests based on each situation.
Holiday Reservations
The following dates are considered "holidays" in the camping industry and are therefore non-refundable: Memorial Day, Independence Day & Labor Day.
We will not offer refunds for reservations cancelled for these dates, but are happy to move your dates if you need to change them. Please give us adequate notice so that we can re-book your site.
Rules & regulations
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in 12pm-8pm. Check out by 11am.
Check-in after 8pm will require guest to find their site based on their reserved site. Online check-in is available prior to your arrival.
Pet Rules
Dogs are allowed on campsites, if you clean up after them and follow our rules. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Dogs must NOT be left unattended outside. They may be left alone in your camper if they will NOT disturb your neighbors. No aggressive dogs allowed (poodle or pit bull – you know if your dog is aggressive). Owners are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pet. If your dog barks and causes complaints – you will be asked to leave.
RV Sites
Limit of one camping unit per site (tent, popup, van, motorhome, etc.): A 2nd vehicle with a second camping unit (including tents) requires a separate, additional campsite.
Limit of six persons per site: Rates include 3 adults. Additional overnight adult guests are $3.00/night.
Primitive Riverside RV Sites DO NOT have electric or water hookups.
Tent Sites
Limit of six persons per tent site: Rates include 2 adults. Additional overnight adult guests are $10.00/night.
Bath House
Bath House is open April-October. Bath House code is available at check-in.
Trash
Please leave your securely bagged trash at front of site close to the main driveway by 11am. Trash is collected by our staff. There are also trash cans available by Bath House for tent campers.
General Restrictions
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am.
No loud motorcycles, cars, trucks or other vehicles are permitted. We reserve the right to determine which vehicles are too loud.
