Must be made 14 days (or more) prior to the scheduled check-in date for a full refund, minus a $25.00 handling fee. Cancellations 7-14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will only be eligible for a refund if the accommodations can be re-booked, minus a $50 cancellation fee. All no-shows and cancellations seven days or less prior to the scheduled check in date will not receive any refund. No refunds or discounts for early departures, inclement weather, or river conditions. No refunds on holidays or guide trips.

Special Note: We are not a major hotel on a major highway. We are a remote resort run by a hard-working American family. We do not enjoy charging people for short-notice cancellations or no-shows. However, it's something we must do to ensure the continued operation of our business. Once we accept your reservation, we turn other customers away. When we have a cancellation close to the scheduled arrival date, we make every effort to try and re-book it. Unfortunately, people we previously turned away have generally already found other accommodations. Please, if you know you're not going to make it, notify the us as soon as possible.

If you have any questions, please reach out. We will do our best to help make it as pain free as we can. However, recognize we do have the above cancellation policies in place, and we may not always be able to issue a full refund.

We do not allow early check-ins before 9:00 AM, please plan accordingly.

Check out:

Cabins - 10:00 AM

RV Sites and Camper Cabins - 12:00 PM

A late fee of half the daily rate will be billed if cabins/sites are not vacant by check-out time, unless previously approved by resort management. In the event a guest will not be able to make the check-out time, they may ask for a late-check out PRIOR to their departure day. If we are able to accommodate their request, the guest will be charged 5% the daily rate for each additional hour (or part thereof) they need, up to a maximum of three hours. If we are not able to accommodate the request, the guest must vacate their cabin/site by the standard check-out time.

Occupancy Limits

Maximum number of people varies by cabin.

Maximum of six people per campsite.

Guests found to be exceeding the maximum posted occupancy will be required to rent additional accommodations. Visitors:

All facilities and grounds are for the use of registered and paid guests only. If you would like to have people come and visit you during your stay, they must each pay the standard $5 day use fee.
