Policies
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:
7 days before check-in: 100% refund.
3 days before check-in: 50% refund.
2 days before check-in: Non-refundable.
Rules & regulations
Check-In: 3 pm - 7 pm
Check-Out: 11 am
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Noise that can be heard at a distance of two campsites away shall be deemed unreasonable.
Check-in/out
Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
No Smoking Policy
No smoking anywhere on the property.
Campground Rules
Please use common sense when you are doing anything while on the campground. No subletting will be permitted. Proof of I.D. will need to be provided upon check-in. If you would like to make a reservation for someone else please call the office. Illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Such activity shall be grounds for immediate removal from the campground and revocation of privileges. All campers and guests assume any and all risks of injury and damage to their person or property arising from and out of their entrance upon and/or use of Whispering Pines Events and Lodging. The owners are not responsible for any accidents or damages to persons or property. Any violation of the rules can result in the denial of entrance and use privileges. The owners of Whispering Pines Events and Lodging reserve the right to deny entrance and use privileges to any person.
Cleaning
Your lot is to always be kept clean. Please pick up trash and throw in trash cans or blue dumpster provided. No buildup of items that are not intended for yard use. Please remove things from the fire ring for the next guests that don’t burn, like cans and bottles.
Drugs
We have zero tolerance for illegal drugs of any kind on the property.
No Alcohol
No alcoholic beverages allowed anywhere on the property.
Pets
Important note for cabins and lodge room reservations: Please be aware that only cabins 4, 5, 6, 10, and 12 allow one pet per room. The other cabins and the lodge rooms do not allow pets. The tent sites and RV sites allow up to 2 pets. If you are bringing a pet, please list the breed at check out and we kindly request that all guests keep their pets on a leash and diligently clean up after them.
