TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This property is privately owned. You must be 21 years of age to reserve a site from us. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time and for any reason. Drunken and disorderly behavior will not be tolerated.

PARK is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or loss of personal items or valuables of any kind.

Each reservation holder is required to sign a policy assuming all risk and liability for their family members on their site. Each Guest assumes this risk every time they enter our property.

Photos taken during your stay may be used in our promotional advertising.

Speed limit is 5 MPH at all times in all areas. Children, pets, and property within a campground must be protected at all times. Go slower than you think you should. Habitual violators will be asked to leave.

Please use "G" rated language at all times in public areas.

Be respectful of others and mind the quiet hours between 11pm-8am or you will be asked to leave the park.

You must comply with all campground rules and regulations as presented to you at check in, posted in the office, herein the general policy, and/or on the grounds, written or verbal from owners & staff.

Rates include two adults and immediate children under 18 years of age, a single-family unit not to exceed 6 persons. A max of 2 vehicles are allowed with your reservation, car passes must be obtained in the office.

Golf carts are allowed to be brought in but you must pay a cart fee of $25 and obtain a park registration sticker in the office after providing proof of insurance. Only licensed drivers can operate carts on our property. (Your "14-year-old drives it all the time" you say? You may obtain a license by taking a cart driving course with a park staff member. There is a $10 fee for the driver's test and issued license. You and your insurance are liable for any accidents or damage caused by your cart and driver.)

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. There may be an additional charge for additional people, vehicles, or tents added on your site.

Pets are welcome but NO pets allowed in public buildings or beaches. (A $50 clean up fee will be charged if pet waste is left on your site or in public areas and management has to remove.)

Fire Rings: Fires are allowed in campfire rings at each site. Please only use certified wood to burn to protect our trees in the county. You can go to the DNR website to read the requirements to transfer firewood. We do sell certified firewood onsite and will deliver to your site free of charge. Burning of any type of processed construction materials is banned. Do not leave garbage, wrappers, cigarette butts anywhere but the waste receptacles. Garbage doesn't belong in fire rings. If garbage is left on your site, you may be charged a cleaning fee of $50.

Swim Pond and Beach policy: Swim at your own risk-NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY!!!!! Parents, please watch your kids at all times. Open water can be a dangerous place even for the best swimmers when active play is engaged in. Aquapark equipment should be used in a safe and responsible manner, no rough house play, throwing people, pushing, etc. will be tolerated. All guests should speak up in agreement of these safety concerns when witnessed and addressed by staff, or guests. Rules are posted at the beach. 17 years and younger must be supervised by an adult who is present at the beach. All guests must wear a life jacket to enter the floating aquapark equipment area. You must provide your own well-fitting life jacket. Some are available on a first come first served basis and can be checked out at the Sugar shack & Tiki Hut. NO dogs on the beach. NO glass containers allowed at beach. NO umbrellas, canopies, or shade structures are to be staked into the sand as the liner may be punctured causing extensive damage to the pond. Please remove all toys, chairs, shade structures at the end of the day. Please remove all garbage from your groups area. Please use waste/recycling receptacles provided by the Sugar Shack/Tiki Hut. The bathroom in the Sugar Shack is for all beach guest's convenience, please use the foot rinse station before entering.
