WestView is conveniently located right off Colorado State Highway 145, close to Cortez, Colorado city limits and nestled by views of Mesa Verde, Sleeping Ute Mountain, and the beautiful San Juan Peaks! There is so much to experience locally, from fishing & hiking to golfing, shopping, biking on world-class trails, ATV riding, National Parks and museums, the Ute Mountain Casino and many fine restaurants to choose from.

Enjoy a massage, manicure, haircut, or pedicure. esthetics and other services at our Salon and Day Spa! Take care of your laundry at our coin-operated machines and then relax in our common area with a newspaper or book, card game or enjoy our afternoon Happy Hour. Make new friends at our bi-weekly pot-luck suppers, practice your golf putting, play horseshoes, pickleball or bocce ball. Take your leashed dog for a walk around the park, or allow them to be off-leash in the Bark Park!

Rules & Regulations

No refunds or credits will be given for early departures.

Sites are priced for 2 people.

Keep spaces clean.

Quiet time: 10 pm to 8 am

Pets must be leashed with the exception of the fenced Bark Park area. Pets must not be left unattended.

Owner must clean up after your pet.

For the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED INTO THE BUILDINGS!!

All trash needs to be placed in plastic bags and tied.

The dumpster is a black dump trailer located on the south side of the park near the maintenance shop.

For trash pickup, please place your bagged and tied trash at the front of your site by 10 am.

No running generators in the park.

Please observe a 5 MPH speed throughout the park.

West View is a state licensed beer and wine retailer.

State law states you may only consume beverages that we retail to you within the main office, The Gathering Place and patio areas. We are required to monitor alcoholic beverages in these areas.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

You may bring your own alcoholic beverages for consumption in the RV park and cabin area.

In accordance with state laws, no smoking is allowed in the buildings.

Illegal drug use is prohibited.

Youi may receive personal mail by having mail addressed to yourself in care of West View Resort, 12092 Hwy. 145, Dolores, CO 81323.
