Policies
We do not give refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.
Up to one day prior to reservation date: Full refund, less $3 reservation fee.
Less than 24 hours prior to reservation date: No refund
Rules & regulations
1) A 14-day camping limit is enforced without exception. Campers must leave the campground for a minimum of 7 days before returning.
2) Check out time is noon.
3) Domestic animals and pets must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended. Owners must clean up all animal litter and deposit in trash receptacles. Pets must not disturb other campers or Pinal County staff.
4) No dumping of wastewater, gray or black.
5) No collecting or disturbing of any vegetation, including dead vegetation, wildflowers, geological specimens, or wildlife.
6) Fires are permitted only in above ground fireplaces, stoves or grills. The County reserves the right to ban all fires when conditions merit a ban. Fire rings are prohibited.
7) Under no circumstances may clothes lines, lanterns, wiring, flags or any other article be strung across or secured to any vegetation or ramadas.
8) Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Audio equipment must not disturb other campers.
9) Washing and/or maintenance of vehicles, RV’s or trailers is prohibited.
