    For West Glacier RV Park reservations:

    For reservations made for July and August, deposit(s) are non-refundable if the reservation(s) is cancelled after 5:00 p.m. MDT 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

    For reservations made for May, June, September and October, deposit(s) are non-refundable if the reservation(s) is cancelled after 5:00 p.m. MDT 3 days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled arrival date.

    For all other lodging reservations, deposit(s) are non-refundable if the reservation(s) is cancelled after 5:00 p.m. MDT 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    For reservations made within 30 days prior to arrival, the above policy applies with no 30-day grace period.

    Deposits are fully refundable for 30 days following the date the reservation was made. From 31 days after the reservation was made until 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (or 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date for July and August), the deposit will be refunded less the following administrative fee(s):

    Cancelling a room/slip 30 days after the reservation was made will incur a $15 fee (per room/slip)

    Cancelling an activity 30 days after the reservation was made will incur a $15 fee (per room/slip)

    Cancelling a room/slip with activities included will incur a $20 fee (per room/slip)

    For reservations made within 45 days prior to arrival, the above policy applies with no 30-day grace period.

    Changes to your departure date made after you have stayed your first night will result in a $30 early departure fee.

    A no-show on the date of arrival is considered a cancellation of your entire stay at that property and there will be no refund.

    No-show for activities (including Afternoon Tea) will not be refunded.

    We are unable to deviate from policies due to weather, illness, flight delays, road closures, etc. We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance.

    Rules & regulations

    Check-in time is any time after 3 PM.

    Check-out time is any time before 11 AM.

    The registration office is open from 6 AM to 11 PM. Should you arrive after operating hours, please complete a vehicle registration slip from the after-hours box and return for check-in the following morning.

    For the comfort of our guests, quiet time is strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM daily.

    One camping unit and one vehicle are allowed per site. All vehicles must display a registration tag. Extra vehicles may be registered for an additional $15/night.

    Campfires are permitted only in the provided fire rings.

    Dogs are limited to one per site and must be kept on a leash at all times. Pets are not to be tied outside and left unsupervised at any time. If any pet demonstrates aggressive behavior toward another pet or guest, you will be asked to leave the campground.

    Coin-operated laundry facilities are open daily from 6 AM to 11 PM.

    Propane is available for purchase.

    All facilities are non-smoking.

    Historic Preservation Fee
    As stewards of outstanding historic properties like the Belton Chalet, West Glacier Village and Apgar Village Lodge & Cabins, we feel fortunate to keep the spirit of these iconic places alive. We work hard to maintain and preserve their unique dignity and character through extensive restoration and preservation projects annually, and your visit honors this work. Thank you for helping us preserve and maintain these important and iconic pieces of history.
    The historic preservation fee is charged on all goods and services (excluding alcohol) at many of our historic properties around the park.

    Standard Room Reservation and Activity Change Policy
    One complimentary change is granted per room/slip.
    After this one-time complimentary change, each call to make changes to that room/slip will be subject to a $15 administrative change fee. This includes changes to activities associated with that room/slip. Examples of changes to a room/slip that will incur the administrative change fee include, but are not limited to, the following:
    Changing the date of a room activity, changing the time of the activity, or changing accommodations type or location.
