Policies
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 72 hrs of reservation are refunded in full. Any cancellations within the 72 period prior to stay are non-refundable.

Park Rules and Regulations:
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please be quiet and considerate of your neighbors.
- Children are welcome with an accompanying adult.
- Children age 17 and under stay free.
- Pets must weigh under 50 pounds, no more than 2 pets (dogs and cats) are allowed per RV site. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside and no aggressive animals are allowed. Pets must be supervised when using the dog park. Make sure the gate to the dog park is latched at all times. A pet waste disposal station is located outside the dog park for your convenience. Please pick up all pet waste and dispose of promptly. Horse stalls are limited and may be rented for an additional nightly rate of $25.00. This area is limited to the horse owners only.
- The space you are renting is neat, clean and adequate for your recreation vehicle. Please keep it that way and leave it the same way you found it upon checkout. Do not make any changes to the site without prior approval by the manager.
- Loud, obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, unlawful conduct or conduct that disturbs or threatens the rights, comfort or convenience of others in or near the Property will not be tolerated.
- Violence or threat of violence will not be tolerated.
- No display, discharge or possession of a gun, knife or other weapon in any way that may alarm others is allowed.
- The possession, sale or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on the Property is prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement upon discovery.
- The operation of a business on the Property is prohibited.
- The storage of hazardous materials on the Property is prohibited.
- Speed limit is 5 mph and is enforced.
- No parking on the grass or in unassigned parking spaces.
- No major vehicle repairs will be permitted on the premises.
- Cutting of tress or plants is prohibited.
- Keep your RV site litter free, including cigarette butts.
- Campfires in grills only.
- Do not wash campers or vehicles on premises unless you obtain a wash permit from the office.
- Do not let water run unnecessarily.
- A sewer hose “donut” or “L” connector is required.
