House rules for a happy stay
Policies
If you must cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date. Failure to provide 24 hour advance cancellation will result in a one night room charge.
A 30 day cancellation notice is required on group bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Rules & regulations
Check-in: 3-6pm. Check-out: 11am.
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult.
Children age 8 and under stay free. Over 4 adults on DAILY/WEEKLY add 10.00/person/day.
Pets are welcome. Pets must weigh under 60 pounds. All pets in the park are to be in pens or on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pets immediately and dispose of properly.
Cabin & Trailer Guests: 2 Guests per room. Children 8 years and under are free. There are TVs and DVD players available in most cabins/trailers. You may check-out a free DVD from our park collection. Pets must be pre-approved. If approved, nightly pet fees apply ($10.00/pet/night upon approval only). The guest credit card will be charged for any damage to cabins / trailers and for any items missing or damaged.
Wifi Internet: There is free Wifi throughout the park, although there is no TV broadcast service. Also, due to our remote location our Wifi service does not allow streaming of movies.
Smoking: There is no smoking permitted inside the cabins and rental trailers.
Bathhouse & restroom: If using the park's bathhouse, please keep the restroom and shower facilities clean and undamaged. If you have a problem, please report it to the office right away.
Vehicles/Parking: All vehicles are to be operated in a safe manner observing park speed limit of 10 MPH. Please be courteous to other park guests. Your parking is within your space, but additional parking for trailers, ATVs and guest vehicles is available.
Quiet Hours: 9pm to 7am. Unless there is a scheduled event whereby all guests would be notified.
FIRES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE SPACES unless propane or fully enclosed.
Guests are responsible for winterizing faucets & hoses in their space. If winterizing methods are not to the park guidelines, then guests must be disconnected from water between 6pm and 8am during winter months. When not in park overnight, please DISCONNECT hoses & turn the faucet OFF.
This property is privately owned - the management reserves the right to discontinue or refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, pets, or vehicles or for loss of money, jewelry, guns or valuables of any kind. If you find a problem during your stay, please report it to the office immediately so we may resolve it ASAP.
