Valley's Edge RV Park

Check in/check out: Check in after 1:00 PM, check out before 11:00 AM.

Quiet hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Visitors: Registered guests entertaining visitors are responsible for their actions and safety. Please inform them of our rules. Visitor parking is located throughout the park, please refer to the park camp.

Campsite: Maximum of four people overnight in any RV site. Each campsite is allowed two vehicles. Additional overnight guests are $5/night. No one is allowed to cut through other campsites. Please do not cut down, climb, or deface trees or campground property. Nailing, fastening, or leaning supports or signs on trees is prohibited. Clothes lines, strings, or ropes around camp are prohibited. No tents.

Sewer Connection: A positive sewer seal at both ends of the sewer hose is required.

Children: Children should not be unattended or left alone. Children must be respectful of other campers and not overly loud.

Pets: Only 2 pets are allowed per space. Pets must always be kept on a leash (six foot maximum) when outside of the RV unit. Check out our dog park for a permitted off leash area! Please note, you must supervise your dog at all times. Pet waste must be immediately and properly disposed of in a sealed plastic bag. Pet stations providing bags are located throughout the park. Excessive barking and/or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Aggressive pets will be asked to leave the park immediately.

Trash: Separate trash from recyclable material. Recyclable material must be compacted to the best of your ability. All items must fit completely into the bins provided. Trash is not picked up by the campground at your site as a formal service. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. Additional fees may be charged for violators.

Campfires: No campfires and please do not use charcoal briquettes as there is not a safe place to dispose of them. Propane fire pits are permitted.

Fireworks/Firearms: Fireworks and firearms of any kind are strictly prohibited.

River: We are fortunate to be located on the South Yamhill river. There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY and NO SWIMMING AFTER DARK. All children must be accompanied by an adult. No one should swim alone. No glass allowed by the river.

Water Usage: Washing of RV's, vehicles, trailers, etc. on park premises is prohibited. No washing of dishes in the bathroom or shower area.

General Liability: Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive, or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. They will be the reason for immediate eviction without a refund. All park facilities and equipment of the park is intended for the convenience of the guests. Any and all persons using the facilities do at THEIR OWN RISK and consent. The park management is NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of God, or other unfortunate circumstances. The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals or pets at their site for any/all damage to the park.
