Valley River RV Resort

To provide a great camping experience for all guests, please observe the following Rules and Guidelines:

Checkout time: 11:00 am; Check-In time: 1:00 pm

Quiet Time - Between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. All children are expected to be at their campsite by 10:00 pm.

Speed Limit - Speed limit is 5mph for the safety of all our guests. This will be strictly enforced.

Unattended Children - Please do not leave children under the age of 18 unattended on resort property.

Pets - Non aggressive animals are welcome with a maximum of three pets per site, and must be on a 6' or shorter leash when outside of your RV. Please do not leave pets outside unattended. Nuisance and noisy animals are not permitted. Pets are not permitted in the Clubhouse or Bathhouse/Pool building. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets. Pet pens/corrals are not permitted.

Site Assignment - Sites are assigned by the office. Please do not change your site without office approval.

Site Parking - Only one RV and one vehicle permitted per site. Please do not park on grass. There is a fee for any additional vehicles.

Trash - Trash is picked up at your site between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm daily. Please place your bagged trash at the front of your site nearest the road. Please do not leave trash out overnight as it encourages visits from critters.

Pool - Swimming pool is open between 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. During inclement weather, the pool may be closed for guest safety. Rules are posted at the pool. No lifeguard on duty, and guests must swim at their own risk. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No food or pets in the pool. Plastic drinkware only.

Firearms and Fireworks - Firearms, fireworks, and other explosives are prohibited in the resort.

Lake - Swimming, wading, and the use of floatation devices in the lake is prohibited. Guests may fish from the banks of the lake on a catch and release basis only.

Vehicle/RV Washing - RVs and personal vehicles may be washed onsite either by a professional vehicle wash vendor utilizing their own water or contact the office for information on washing fees if done by yourself.

Vehicle/RV Maintenance - RV and personal vehicle maintenance is not permitted within the resort, except through a certified mobile service approved by the resort.

Golf Carts/Bicycles - Personal golf carts are permitted in the resort with approved waiver obtained from the office. Bicycles may be ridden in the resort on the road only (not through the sites) and during daylight hours. ATVs, UTVs, and other small motorized devices are not permitted in the resort.

Fire Rings - Bring your own fire ring only if above ground. Please do not place grill on the picnic table.

Rugs/Carpet - No rug or carpet is permitted on the grass for any reason. They are permitted on the concrete portion of your site only.

Canopy - Only a see-thru canopy is permitted at your site. No flooring is permitted inside.

Sewer Connections - All sewer connections must have an airtight seal and be above ground using a sewer hose support.

Smoking - Smoking is not permitted within any of the resort facilities, including the pool deck, or within 50 feet of the propane vending area.

Early Departures - No refunds will be given for early departures or acts of nature.

Any guests who are unwilling to follow resort rules or extend common courtesy will be asked to leave immediately with no funds reimbursed.
