    Please cancel at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a (1) night cancellation charge.

    Rules & regulations

    Check in/ Check out:

    Check in time is based on availability. Check ins after park closure must check in at the hotel

    Check out is @ 1pm.

    Parking:

    Overflow parking is located at the RV Park office building or the overflow parking area on the South side of the dump station. Be sure you are not blocking anyone that is already parked there.

    Vehicles that are broken down and not in working condition my not park anywhere at the RV park.

    Parking on the grass is not allowed.

    TENTS:

    Tents are not to be placed on the grass due the sprinkler system installed and may be damaged by spikes. They are to be set up on the sand pods that are available at the site.

    We have sprinkler systems and they do automatically turn on. To prevent personal items from water damage please place your items in a dry area.

    * Sleeping Ute RV Park is not responsible for any damaged Property. Customers who fail to follow the tent policy will be asked to leave the park with no refund

    Site Etiquette:

    Guests under the age of 16 must be supervised at all time to ensure their safety.

    Please remove everything you brought in to your campsite

    Out of respect and for the enjoyment of all guests, quiet time is 10PM to 8AM.

    Only propane and/or charcoal do not leave fires unattended.

    Fires may be prohibited during high fire season and on “Red Flag Warning” days.

    Completely extinguishing any and all fire’s before retiring for the evening this will ensure safety in a campground.

    FIREWORKS & FIREARMS ARE PROHIBITED

    Guests will be charged for any damages and may be asked to leave the RV park without a refund.

    Clean up fee:

    Each site is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized appearance. No trash, cigarette butts, oil/grease, food, etc. Any violators will be charged a $100.00 fee.

    Parking on roads, landscape, and/or unoccupied sites is prohibited.

    Pets

    Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.

    Dogs should not be allowed to bark excessively.

    Please do not leave dogs unattended in a campsite.

    Immediately dispose of dog waste in the receptacle

    Guests will be charged for any damages or additional costs caused by their pets.

    Please be sure that ALL guests are aware of these rules and policies.

    Management reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the campground without any form of refund for non-adherence to these rules and policies or for any other reason.
