General Park Information
Office Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday

Quiet Hours: 11:00PM – 7:00AM. Anyone not following quiet time rules may be asked to leave.

Reservations & Check In

Physical Check In is required at the office during off all times of stay. You must register and pay prior to parking or staying overnight at any time

After Hours Arrivals:
Maintenance Calls: For emergencies only, you may contact our maintenance line at 334-821-8968. A maintenance emergency is considered a potential water leak, gas leak, sewer backup, or storm/natural disaster damage. For a fire or any other emergency please call 911 first, and then alert our maintenance line

General Park Rules
Illegal Drugs and Alcoholic Beverages

Illegal drugs and the use of illegal drugs are not allowed in the park

Intoxicated behavior is not permitted in the park

Alcohol is permitted in your camper or on your site only

University Station RV Resort is a FAMILY ORIENTED RV PARK and we ask that you drink responsibly and respect those who choose not to drink alcohol

Low-Speed Vehicles/Golf carts
You must have proof of liability insurance and sign a release form and rental agreement to the office to bring your low speed vehicle into the park. You will receive a sticker that we will place on the back of your low speed vehicle when you turn in your information. Our security officer will be looking for your sticker and will help you secure your vehicle until you have turned in the proper paperwork

You must have a reservation to bring a low speed vehicle into the park

No vehicle may go over 5 miles per hour in the campground

All vehicles must have their lights on at night. If you don’t have lights do not drive your vehicle in the park at night

You must be 16 years of age with a Driver’s License to drive a low speed vehicle in the park

All vehicles must observe regular driving rules

Drive on the right side of the road

Pedestrians have the right of way

Violators may be asked to park their low speed vehicle for the weekend. Repetitive offenders may be asked to remove their vehicle from the park permanently or asked to leave the park

The low speed vehicle is a privilege that is enjoyed by all. Please observe these rules so that we may continue to offer this amenity for the park guest

Bicycles
Do not ride bikes at night

Bikes should be driven on the side of the main roads or on the bike trails

Children with bikes should be supervised by their parents

DO NOT ride bicycles during Fall Season(August through November) during bus hours (3 hours before and 3 hours after game on Saturdays)

Respect Others in The Park
Please respect guests by not allowing your pets or children to play in the areas leased by others. (There are communal areas throughout the park where pets are allowed. i.e.; Common Area in Roll Toomers Circle and Plainsman Village, Tiger Walk)

Please respect the area of others by controlling your noise level and language. Guest at nearby sites should be able to hear their own conversations. No loud music and loud TV’s during Quiet Time.

Guest of Guest
There are 4 guests allowed on each reservation per lot and additional guest that stays in your RV with you must be registered in the office. Tent Camping not allowed on your lot without permission as all lots don’t allow for this. Tent camping on an RV lot also requires an additional nightly fee of $50/night and a reservation must be made with the office. You may not just put up a tent at your site. This is a safety issue.

Please respect the area of others by sharing the park rules with your visitors.

You are responsible for the conduct of your guest. Please make sure they know the rules

If your guest is not following the rules you may be asked to leave the park with them.

Children
Children must be under the supervision of their parents or an adult.

Parents are responsible for conduct of their children.

For children's safety, do not let them run through campsites.

Do not let children play in fire pits and remaining cinders.

Be sure they understand and obey camp rules

Pets
Must be kept on a leash at all times and under the control of their owner, or kept inside the guest’s RV.

No unattended pets allowed.

No pets allowed in the bath house (restrooms, laundry area).

Pet Owners are required to clean up immediately after their pets.

Noisy or vicious pets are not allowed.

If any animal is unruly, the owner must take it off the premises immediately.

There are Dog Walk signs throughout the park where you can take your pet to potty. Please pickup after your pet in the Dog Walk area as well.

Please do not walk your pet behind or on another guest area.

Do not allow pets to dig holes.

Pet pens are not allowed.

Three pet limit per unit.

No pets allowed in Alumni Park

Visitors
Visitors must check in at the office and must follow all park rules. Management reserves the right to remove any visitor who cannot follow the rules

Grounds and Maintenance
Campfires
On occasion fires may be prohibited by our staff due to hazardous fire conditions.

Must not be left unattended and must be extinguished before going to sleep each night.

Restrooms
Are provided for your convenience, please help us in keeping them clean. No smoking in the restrooms. Also, no pets are allowed in the restroom.

Laundry
No washing pet beds, blankets, etc in washers.

No washing boots, excessive muddy items in washers.

Please clean up behind yourself in laundry room.

Please do not leave your laundry unattended.

Trash
Must be tied in plastic bags and placed in the trash dumpster located at the south end of the Grid Iron Area.

Food
Leftover food should be put in a trash bag and taken to the dumpster. Do not throw out food on the ground as this will attract ants, raccoons, and other uninvited guest to your site.

Damage to Grounds
Clotheslines and fireworks are prohibited. (If your site needs a divider to prohibit traffic through please contact Management to deal with these issues

Do not destroy trees or damage property.

Items Stored On Lot
No additions or changes may be performed to the grounds of the park without permission of management.

Permanent fixtures, i.e.: storage buildings, etc. may NOT be left on your lot without permission of management during the term of your lease.

If you leave items on your lot you may be charged the current fee and/or your items may be relocated to the back of the property with a moving fee. (i.e.: tents, frames, furniture, firewood, golf carts, etc.)

Rental Agreements and Sub-Renting and Refund Policy
Rental Agreement Policies
A rental agreement with University Station is to be used solely by the rental agreement holder.

Agreements may not be sold or transferred.

Sub-Leasing/Transfers
Third party leasing is not permitted.

No Refunds
There is no refund for early departure or deposits.

After cancellation or lack of timely payment, lots may be rented by the management

No Soliciting
Any items sold in the park may only be done with the permission of the management.

No signs should be posted in the park by guests soliciting or advertising items to sale.

No door-to-door sales or soliciting allowed.

We have a message board on our web page. If you would like to post your items for sale please send your request to our E-Mail Address: [email protected] and we will be happy to post them for you.

Problems
It is our pleasure to make University Station the most pleasant experience possible for everyone, therefore, we encourage you to let us know if your neighbor is not following the rules. The management reserves the right to make changes to the rules, regulations and fees that are deemed necessary.

Reminders for Pet Owners
If you follow these 10 basic rules for camping with a dog, you will be following good camping etiquette.

1. Make sure the campsite or park you are going to allows dogs.

2. Always pick up after your pet and dispose of waste appropriately.

3. Keep your dog’s vaccinations current and ask your vet if he or she should receive a Lyme disease vaccination.

4. Give your dog flea control before going.

5. Put an identification and current rabies tag on your dog’s collar with your cell phone number on it.

6. Keep your dog on a leash and under your control at all times.

7. Teach your dog to stay, sit and heel—especially if he or she is aggressive, easily distracted, or loves to bolt after squirrels and other critters.

8. Leave an un-socialized dog at home.

9. Keep the four-legged family members quiet. Barking disturbs other campers.

10. Never leave your dog unattended. Crate Fido if you have to. Never leave unattended pets in a car.
