Located 1.75 mi from the Atlantic Ocean and the pristine Fenwick Island, Delaware beaches, and all the attractions of Ocean City, Maryland; it is one of a kind in the Delmarva area. RV – must cancel 10 days prior - $25 fee.
Cabins – must cancel 21 days prior to arrival - $50 fee.
Treasure Beach RV Park is a family-friendly park and at all times respect others around you.
Group Sites GPT 1 A, B, C, D can be booked online and reservations must all be the same arrival and departure date.
NEW FOR 2023 - We have added a second group of pull thru sites. No tent rentals for 2023.
Sites customer reserves online are based on size and type of RV. Any misrepresentation or negligence to accurately represent RV size and type is subject to management's discretion to modify the reservation.
Maximum 6 people per site and per cabin.
Rates subject to change without prior notice.
Site assignments are subject to change, at management's discretion.
Electric golf carts ONLY $5 per stay registration fee - Must provide insurance upon request.
Watercraft allowed - $20 per stay registration fee - Must provide insurance upon request.
We are a pet-friendly resort- clean up after your pet, keep on a leash, do not let it disturb others.
Pet fees of $10 per night per pet / max of 2 pets apply to cabin rentals.
Check-in 2 pm, checkout 11 am unless special accommodations are made.
No refund for early departures or weather events.
Reservations made during our advance reservation period during our peak season June 22 - Aug 22 online cannot be reduced below 6 nights without penalties.
