Trailhead Cabins & Lodging

CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT TIMES

• Check-in is 3:00pm on the day of arrival. If you would like to request an early check-in, please contact the Front Office. Early check-ins cost $20. All early check-ins must be approved by Management and are based on availability.

• Check-out time is 11:00am on the date of departure. Late check-outs are subject to an additional fee. All late check-outs must be approved by Management. If approved, late check-outs will cost $20, based on availability. 

• If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the office 24 hours in advance. Based on availability, we may or may not be able to extend your stay or keep you in the same site or rented accommodation. 

ARRIVAL TO PROPERTY

• Please visit the Front Office to check-in for your reservation. To expedite your check-in, please acknowledge and sign our policies online. Office hours are 9:00am - 11:00am and 3:00pm - 7:00pm. If you require a check-in after 7:00pm, please contact us ahead of time to make alternate arrangements for your check-in

FEES

• All rented accommodations will be charged a one-time, non refundable cleaning fee at the time of booking.

• Should guests leave a property in unacceptable condition, an additional $100 will be charged to their account.

DOGS

• Well-behaved dogs are welcome! 

• All dogs must be registered on property. 

• Dogs are allowed for a one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee of $50 for up to two dogs in rented accommodations. No additional pets are allowed. 

• Dogs are allowed in any tent or RV site free of charge.

• All damages or injury to property or persons is the responsibility of the guest. 

• All dog waste must be properly disposed of. Waste bags are provided on property. Not cleaning up after your dog may result in an additional clean up fee of $50.

• Dogs resulting in noise complaints will be charged an additional $75 fee. If recurring, guests may be asked to leave.

• All dogs must be leashed when outside, dogs are not to run at large. Owner’s with pets off leash may be charged a $50 fee. 

• Guests must remove dogs from the accommodation before housekeeping can service or enter a rented accommodation. The Trailhead  team will not enter a rented accommodation with a pet present.

• Management reserves the right to deny a Guest a dog if the proposed pet would pose a threat to the health and safety of other guests.

• Management reserves the right to evict from properties and forfeiture of all monies paid should Guest disregard policies set forth. 

• In the event that your dog is left unattended, and this results in noise concerns and /or damage, a fine will be incurred and you will be contacted by Management to rectify the situation. If the situation is not resolved, you may be asked to vacate the premises. Trailhead  does not accept responsibility for liability for unattended pets.

SMOKING

• Absolutely No Smoking of any kind inside. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500.

CHANGES BY Trailhead Cabins & Lodging

• Trailhead reserves the right to make accommodation/site and/or other changes to a guest reservation, which become necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Trailhead will do everything possible to ensure the impact of any change is as minimal as possible.

PROPERTY FACILITIES & AMENITIES

• Each accommodation/site has a stated maximum occupancy level. The maximums are set to ensure your comfort as well as not to overburden the property. Any additional occupants may be asked to leave the property. 

• Please park in front of your accommodation. Please check with the front desk for additional trailer parking or questions regarding parking.

• Guest(s) shall keep the perimeter of their accommodation tidy and rubbish free. 

• For stays of 4 nights or more in a rented accommodation, we will provide a complimentary refresh, which includes linen and towel change with the removal of trash.

• Additional housekeeping services are available by request. We kindly ask that you provide us 24 hours notice or schedule at check-in. Housekeeping hours are from 10:00am - 3:00pm. 

• Welcome Hunters! In the event that a tag is filled, processing of animals is not permitted on property. All remains must be disposed of properly. Remains are not permitted to be thrown in the receptacles on site, during season there is a designated dumpster at the crossroads of County Road 8 and Highway 13 for use. Remains must be stored properly in personal vehicles at all times. Violators are subject to fines and may be asked to leave property.

SPECIAL OFFERS

• Special offers are subject to change at any time. Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

MISCELLANEOUS POLICIES

• Must be 21 or over to reserve and check-in.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00pm - 8:00am. Guests resulting in noise complaints will be charged an additional $75 fee. If recurring, guests may be asked to leave. 

• Trailhead Cabins & Lodging will charge the credit card on file should any damage occur to the property during the rental period. Damage to furniture, linens and other property will be assessed and then billed to the customer at our replacement cost, which may include labor costs. We will always be transparent in our communication about damage to the rooms. Keep in mind that excessively soiled linens, carpets and furniture will be included as damages.

DISCLAIMER

• Management reserves the right to evict or refuse entry to any person who has evidenced a disregard for the rules without a refund.

• The Renter agrees that Trailhead Cabins  shall not be liable to Renter, Renter’s guests, invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the rental premises. Renter shall hold Trailhead Cabins harmless and indemnified from and against all loss or damage occasioned by use, misuses or abuse of any part of or fixture on the premises, surrounding areas and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of the Renter, his/her guests or invitees. The Renter acknowledges that Trailhead Cabins assumes no liability thereunder.
