TRAILER LANE CAMPGROUND POLICIES

Trailer Lane Campground Policies

We want to make your stay both pleasant and comfortable. If you need any information, please feel free to inquire at the campground store. Please help us make your stay here more enjoyable through your cooperation with the following simple rules:

Check-In

2:00 - 6:00 p.m. If arriving later, please call the campground store in advance and let us know when to expect you.

Check-Out

Check-out before 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Please make arrangements prior to 10 a.m. if staying an extra night. You can also extend your stay (if the site is available) by managing your reservation using the contactless check-in link. Failure to vacate your site will generate additional charges at the current full nightly rate. By accepting these terms you are authorizing these charges to the card on file.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Tables

Picnic tables are provided for the enjoyment of all our guests. Please do not move tables. Don’t place grills on top of them. Don’t leave candles burning on them unattended, and do not deface. Be courteous and wipe down tables when you're done using them. (If you need a table and there's not one in your site, let us know and we'll get one placed for you.)

Vehicles (Campground Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite)

For everyone’s safety, all vehicles must register at the campground store. Unregistered vehicles will be asked to leave. If an owner cannot be located, unattended and unregistered vehicles will be towed. Vehicles must not block the road or adjacent campsite(s). If you need additional parking space, please see the front desk and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. The speed limit is 5 MPH.

Visitors (Campground Staff reserves the right to limit additional visitors per campsite)

For everyone’s safety, day or night visitors must register at the campground Store. Unregistered guests will be asked to leave.

Children (and pets!)

Parents are responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior. Please supervise small children in showers and restrooms, on playgrounds and hiking trails, and do not allow children to play in the roadway. That goes for the fur kids, too!

Children (and pets) are welcome to visit our barnyard with their parents, but may not enter inside the enclosure. Parents are expected to ensure the safety of their children, their pets, and our animals. Screaming children, barking dogs, and loud noises do stress out the animals. Please help us to keep them happy & healthy by keeping it calm & quiet when near their pens.

Laundry

The laundry room is open all hours for the convenience of our guests ONLY. Please do not share your door code with anyone. Be courteous and promptly remove your clothes to give others the opportunity to use the machines. Do not leave items in the washers or dryers overnight. And please do not hang clothes on lines or trees at your campsite. Please notify the campground immediately if there are any maintenance issues that need to be addressed.

Pets (All pets must be registered with the campground.)

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended. Don’t allow pets to dig, bark, or otherwise annoy your neighbors. Please take your pet to the pet area as needed, clean up their waste and dispose of it properly. For the safety of our staff, our guests, and our animals, guests failing to control their animals will be asked to leave.

Restrooms and Showers

Facilities are available for use by our guests ONLY. Do not share your door code with anyone. Due to health regulations, animals and the washing of dishes are prohibited in the restrooms. Please notify the campground immediately if there are any maintenance issues that need to be addressed.

Campfires and Cooking

We love campfires, too. But we don’t love wildfires.

For those reasons, wood fires are permitted in community fire pit during designated times and seasons ONLY. Please check with the campground before lighting a wood fire. For the health of our forests, please do not bring in firewood. We have wood for sale in the camp store.

Portable propane fire pits and propane grills are allowed in campsites (unless a burn ban is in effect). Please exercise extreme caution and do not place near vegetation or vehicles or on flammable surfaces.

Fireworks are prohibited always and everywhere on the campground property.

Garbage

Help us stay clean (and keep the bears away!) by bagging and depositing all garbage in the dumpster provided. Please do not dispose of campsite trash in the Restroom or Laundry Room trash cans. Complimentary garbage bags may be obtained at the Campground Store if needed.

After-Hours Assistance/Security

Please call the Campground with emergencies any time. If we do not answer, leave a message and we will get you the help you need as soon as we can.
