Trail and Hitch, located just outside of downtown Meeker, offers a variety of nightly accommodations. Stay in one of our Tiny Homes or pull up in your own RV or van. We also offer sites for nightly tent camping. All include access to the bathhouse, community fire pits, Sauna, laundry, outdoor games, and Wi-Fi. We look forward to hosting you!
Ten unique Tiny Homes, Airstreams, RVs, and Yurt are available for nightly rental. We have plenty of full-service hookups for personal RVs and vans. If you want to pull up with your own tent, we have a few camping spots.

House rules for a happy stay
Policies
We will charge a $10 Cancellation Fee. We allow for a refund, minus the Cancellation Fee, for any cancellation at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date. If you must cancel with less than 7 days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. *A 14-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings (group of all tiny homes) and for some holidays and special events.
Rules & regulations
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Pet Policy: Furry friends are allowed in any tent or RV site free of charge. For other accommodations, there is a limit of 2 pets and a $50 one-time charge. Please let us know at check in if you have pets that will be staying with us. Please note that all pets must be leased at all times when outside. Please remember to clean up after your pet.
Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is noted for each site or accommodation. Each accommodation and RV spot has parking restrictions: Please obey parking rules for our Tiny Homes. No more than 2 vehicles per RV spot. No additional trailers are allowed in the RV sites. Please check with the front desk for additional trailer parking or questions regarding parking.
Grills and Fire Pits: Please only use Trail and Hitch supplied fire pits and grills. Keep all fires contained in the fire pit ring. Be fire aware and make sure that your fire is completely out before leaving Trail and Hitch or turning in for the night. Firewood is available for sale at the front office.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is allowed outside only and not within 20 feet of any common area or accommodation door. Please be conscientious of your surroundings and obey any county or state ordinance regarding open flames, especially during wildfire season. Smoking of any kind is NEVER allowed in any type of accommodation. Rule breakers will be charged a $500 cleaning fee and asked to leave.
