If cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before the date of arrival, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled before the 48-hour window then no fee will be charged.
Rules & regulations
We do allow pets, but you must clean up after and they must remain inside the camper. Pets must be leashed at all times on the property.
From September to April - ALL RV SPOTS MUST turn water off over night.
