Reservation & Deposits
We require a 20% nonrefundable deposit to secure all reservations. The deposit is credited towards your total reservation balance, which is due at check-in.

Arrival and Departure

Check-In: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Check-Out: 12:00 PM

No check-ins after 9:00 PM
Late arrivals/extensions may be accommodated if prior arrangements are made. Give us a call to discuss.

All campers must stop at the office and check in upon entering the park. This includes those who have paid in full prior to arriving, those owing a balance, and visitors to the park.

Cancellation Policy
All reservations canceled will forfeit their 20% deposit, regardless of date cancelled.
All reservations will be charged in full if you do not provide 3 days advanced notice​.

Weekend Reservations:  2 night minimum required**
One night weekend reservations may be considered, please call to inquire*
Holiday Reservations:  3 night minimum required (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day)

No refunds for early departure***

Rules & regulations

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Please make sure your dog, audio, video, vocal or instrumental entertainment does not disturb other campers.

Disorderly, loud, or uncooperative guests will be asked to leave the park immediately without a refund.

Adults Take Special Note:

While staying here at Timberlake, we ask that children and pets are supervised at all times.

For their safety, children under 13 must be accompanied to the showers and restrooms by an adult. Always use caution and care appropriate to our natural settings. We ask that you please carry a flashlight or lantern after dark. Children are not allowed to be alone after dark without adult supervision.

Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and are not permitted in any of the buildings. Please do not attach tethers to trees/bushes, electric/water pedestals or picnic tables. We ask that you pick up after your pet and use the pet area provided. If you have more than 1 dog, a $3.00 per day/per pet fee will be charged.

Campfires

Campfires are allowed in fire rings only; moving the fire ring is strictly prohibited.

Bundles of firewood are for sale at the camp store.

Gathering wood from the campground or surrounding area is not permitted.

Please do not burn garbage in your campfire.

Put Your Campfire Out: Before retiring for the evening, be sure to extinguish your campfire. Campfires must be kept to a manageable size. Never leave the campfire untended. Unattended fires may result in the camper being asked to leave.

We are located in the beautiful Gifford Pinchot National Forest which is one of the oldest National Forests in the US! We love our beautiful playground and we all must do our part to prevent wildfires so people like us, can continue to enjoy & experience the wonders of the forest for generations to come.

Please Take Note

No off road vehicles (ATV’s, quads, and motor bikes) can be ridden in, or to and from the campground.

The use of “Firearms and Fireworks” is not allowed in the campground at any time.

Do not place BBQ’s or anything “HOT” on picnic tables.

Please place all trash in the dumpsters located through out the park.

Smoking is not allowed in any of the buildings and cigarette butts need to be deposited in the proper containers.

Tent campers, for your convenience we have outdoor sinks provided. Please no dishwashing in the restrooms.

We have great neighbors and we want to respect their privacy.

Please take note of the campground boundaries and respect the and any “NO Trespassing Signs.”

Responsibility for any damage to Timberlake Property by campers or their guests will be charged to the camper. Management reserves the right to require any guest to vacate the park for any behavior that disturbs other guests.
