Three Springs Campground

Check-In Policy: At this time, we do not offer self check-ins or after hours options to our guests. While we do understand that with travel comes the unexpected, we also boast a quiet and safe campground. In order for us to make good on this promise to our guests, we ask that all guests be checked in before 7pm (winter check-in time frame is until 6pm EDT). If you are running late, please call our camp office by 6pm (winter office hours 9am-5pm EDT), when the office closes, with your ETA to see if arrangements can be made for a staff member to wait for you until as late as 7pm EDT. Please do not abuse this courtesy by making the staff wait long or you will be asked to wait to check in the next morning by appointment. No check-ins will be permitted between 7pm and 9am the next day. This is a courtesy to our checked in guests, that they will not be disturbed during these hours. Safe travels.

Rental Deposit Policy: Rustic cabin rentals require a $50-$100 refundable cash security deposit due upon check-in. Deposits are returned at check-out, pending a quick inspection of the rental for damage/theft or items left behind by guests, in the same manner deposits are paid, cash. Deluxe camper/RV rentals deposit is $150.00 cash.

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome in rentals that specify that they are allowed. We do not allow pets in all of our cabins. If you are renting a unit that allows pets, all breeds are welcome, but must remain on a leash/lead at all times while inside the park. A $25/pet cash deposit is required to have your pet in our pet friendly cabin rentals. All pets must be cleaned up after by their handlers after using the restroom in the proper park areas and receptacles. Guests must keep pets under control and quiet while in the park. Excessive noise will not be tolerated after a warning is issued to the guest. Managers have the right to ask the guest to leave, without refund, for not obeying the posted pet policy.
