These large, back in sites for RVs up to 50' have gravel pads and offer water and 30 amp electric. You select your site upon arrival. 50 amp or sewer is based upon availability at check in. If available, there is a $3 per day charge for 50 amp sites. All guests checking in must arrive no later than 9 p.m. or will be directed to the overflow parking lot adjacent to the activity center for check-in after 8 a.m. the following day.

These extended, back in sites for RVs up to 50' have gravel pads and offer water and 30 amp electric with picnic table. Above ground fire pits with screen covers allowed. 50 amp or sewer is based upon availability at check in. If available, there is a $3 upgrade charge for 50 amp sites. There is a new, upgraded site section, that has large 50 amp pull through full hook ups, with Lake or River views and paved streets. All of these sites, if chosen, have the $3 additional fee per night for the upgrade charge.

The Bowie, our larger cabin, has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom contains a HD satellite TV and queen-size bed; the second has bunk beds. In the kitchen is a sink, full size refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, two burner electric stove top (no oven), and all the essential kitchen utensils. The full size bathroom has a tub/shower. Along with a sofa bed, the living area has a table that seats 6, a HD satellite TV and BluRay player. The cabin is air conditioned and heated. Outside a propane gas grill and a picnic table extends the living space to the outdoors. There is a fire ring nearby in the common area. Check with Ranger Station concerning possible fire ban for Colorado County during certain times of the year. No pets in this cabin, please.

In the kitchenette is a sink, mini refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, and all the essential kitchen utensils. The full size bathroom has a stand-up shower. Having also a dinette table with 4 chairs, a 32" HD satellite TV and BluRay player, The Austin offers all the comforts of home. The cabin is air conditioned and heated. Outside a propane gas grill, picnic table, and a porch with a bistro table/two chairs extends the living space to the outdoors. There is a fire ring nearby in the common area.
