House rules for a happy stay
Policies
RV and Tent sites - Cancellations must be received by noon the day before arrival date. Except Holiday Weekends (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, July 24, Labor Day, and Utah Education Day) - cancellations must be received by noon, two days prior to arrival date.
Cabins: Cancellation notice must be received by noon two days prior to arrival date. Except Holiday Weekends (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, July 24, Labor Day, and Utah Education Day) – cancellations must be received four days prior to arrival date.
Multiple RV Sites, Group Tent Sites and Multiple Cabins
Reservations must be cancelled thirty days (30) prior to arrival date.
Rules & regulations
We reserve the right refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
Quiet well behaved pets only.
All pets to be leashed at all times and are not to be left unattended at any time.
You must pick up after pet.
When booking a cabin its your responsibility to notify us of your intent to bring a pet.
Only certain cabins are pet friendly.
