House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Cancellations are subject to a minimum $20.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to a one (1) days reservation fee.
Same day cancellation or reservation ‘no show ‘ are subject to forfeiture of 50% of the total reservation cost for all nights reserved or the first night whichever is greater.
No service charges are applied for changes to reservations.
Rules & regulations
Check in: 3-8 pm.
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult.
Children age 6 and under stay free.
Pets are allowed in the RV park ONLY. Aggressive or threatening dogs are prohibited. Staff are authorized to direct guests to remove a problem dog at any time. Pets are not allowed on the beach, and must be on a leash at all times.
Occupancy Tax of 8.5%.
Guests are required to show valid photo identification and a matching credit card upon check-in. An incidental deposit is required upon check-in. This will be collected by credit card.
No smoking or vaping within 25ft from entrances, exits, and windows that open per Washington state law. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to anyone who smokes in these areas.
No pets allowed in lodging accommodations.
Cabin reservations have a 2-night minimum. A $25.00 cleaning fee will be applied for all single night reservations in cabins/deluxe suites.
Sound travels in these older buildings, keeping your voice low at night and early mornings is appreciated by all.
We do not offer stayover services, however additional items are available upon request.
