Welcome!! The View Point sits with an amazing vantage point of the Volcan Mountain, approx 1 hr. from downtown San Diego's beaches and bays! Easy drive into the Anza Borrego Desert. Nestled in the once mining town of Julian, CA. historical area founded in the Gold Rush Era. Town is close by with lots of restaurants and shopping. Site is within walking distance to 2 local wineries-enjoy a 2-1 glass or let your host know so that your fav will be onsite upon arrival. Easy walk to the trailhead of Volcan Mountain-beautiful views at the top. Be sure to read the signage at base, take a dip in the pool after to cool off, apple picking in your big backyard in the fall, visit the horses, they are your neighbors! Equine Experience can be added, connecting you to your inner-self/spirit!

House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Full refund, less booking fees, up to 3 days before check-in. 50% refund, less booking fees, when canceling within 3 days of check-in. 0% refund when canceling after 3pm on the check-in date.
-Contact host before arrival so that gate might be open, drive in, your parking will be on the right. There will be a cart to load your gear and take to tent site. If needed, ranch gate can be opened so that you can pull up to site. Please note, there are dogs on premises, make sure to close and latch any gate opened! Thank You!!
-There is a trash can at site, that will need to be emptied upon departure. There are large waste receptacles close to parking-waste, recyclables, green waste.
-Anything brought into camp will need to be brought out!!
-Extra waiver needs to be signed for use of swimming pool.
-Firepit use may be prohibited due to weather events, ie. high winds, extreme dry/Santa Ana's.
-Drinking/bathing water is from a well, and is drinkable. Please be sure to turn off hose if used.
-Electricity is nearby, please let host know if needed, extension cord will be provided.
Any additional needs/concerns please contact host ahead of time, so that your camp experience is your time in nature, with comfort!!
