The Tides RV Resort

The Tides RV Resort has a 5 star rating and only well maintained motorcoaches, 5th-wheels and travel trailers are permitted. Older than 10 years are subject to management review and approval.

Check out time is 11:00am and is actively enforced. There are no REFUNDS for early departure. To extend your stay please contact the resort office prior to your departure date and we will be happy to honor your request as long as there's availability.

All discounts and coupons must be submitted upon booking your reservation and will not be honored after payment is made. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to additional charges.

Trailers, vehicle dollies, boats are not permitted on a site. Advance notice of arrival with a cargo trailer, boat or tow dolly is required. We can assist you with off-site storage arrangements for these items. We allow only the motorcoach, 5th wheel or travel travel along with a passenger vehicle and golf cart on each site.

Fifth wheels being pulled by semi trucks or commercial vehicles will not be permitted. RV’s and vehicles must be free of any signage or advertising.

Tents, pop-up campers and truck campers are prohibited. Sleeping outside of the motorhome, 5th wheel or travel trailer is not allowed. The motorcoach, 5th wheel or travel trailer should be parked so that it does not extend beyond the paver pad.

Brandishing or discharging of firearms, lethal weapons, and fireworks is PROHIBITED.

No outside clothes lines or drying racks.

Trash can be placed in the centralized dumpsters located by the dog park at the guest’s convenience.

No free-standing satellite dishes in front of the motorcoach, 5th wheel or travel trailer.

Resort management assumes no responsibility for injury, accident, damage or loss of personal property from any cause of nature.

All guests must register at the resort office. Rates are based on 2 adults. There will be a $20.00 a night charge for each additional adult. Rates include one motorcoach, 5th wheel or travel trailer and one tow vehicle. Guests are fully responsible for their visitors.

Smoking is PROHIBITED in the clubhouse, restrooms, laundry facilities, fitness center and all other resort buildings.

Speed limit in the resort is 15 MILES PER HOUR and strictly enforced.

For their safety, children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the clubhouse, pools, spas, game room or sport courts without adult supervision.

Pets are limited to two (2). Please be sensitive to leaving your pets unattended in your motorcoach, 5th wheel, travel trailer or vehicle due to heat, barking, etc. Please refrain from allowing pets in resort buildings with the exception of service animals. Any deposits left by a pet must be disposed of in a sanitary and timely manner. Pets causing disturbances of harm will be subject to removal from the resort. Please know that breed restrictions do apply. All pets must be registered with the office and please provide current vaccination records and insurance.

Entrance into or onto the resort and surrounding property constitutes permission/consent for the management of the resort to use any pictures, films, or videos of you, your relatives, or your guests for any lawful purpose without compensation.
