The Riverside Ranch in Southern Utah offers you a friendly, quiet place to relax and enjoy your vacation away from the crowds. We offer 32 big rig RV spaces with red cliff views, campsites, and clean motel rooms. If you are planning on visiting Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Parks or many other parks in our area, consider staying with us as a "base camp" for your Southern Utah adventure. We are a 16 acre property ideally located between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park in Southern Utah on Scenic Hwy 89.
The Riverside Ranch is ideally located on Scenic Hwy 89 in beautiful Southern Utah between Zion & Bryce National Parks. An outdoor oriented destination featuring: 50amp Supersize RV sites, 30amp RV sites with Full Hookups, Riverfront Tent Camping, 12 Motel Rooms on 16 acres with a relaxed western theme along the Sevier River. The perfect place to relax and unwind! Formerly known as the Riverside Resort, the property is now under new ownership as of 2016.

Riverfront RV, 30 Amp
Your RV site is adjacent to the Sevier River providing a peaceful, star filled evenings. Fishing available right outside your RV door! Bird watching and awesome sunrises & sunsets make this the perfect base camp location to explore Bryce and Zion National Parks. Site includes: 30 amp electric & potable water, (no sewer due to close proximity to the river). Black/gray water dump station is available away from the river at no charge. Short walk to hot showers & restrooms. Firewood for sale. Campfires in fire-rings permitted. Additional tow vehicle parking available.The entire valley lacks shade trees which includes our River Sites.

Tent Site
Tent sites are open with few shade trees. Fishing on the Sevier River is just a few feet away. Site comes with picnic table, fire-pit, potable water close by. Plenty of room to relax along riverbank for groups & reunions. Shower house with hot water and flush toilets are nearby. Each campsite: 2 tents / 8 people / 2 vehicles. Breakfast: Continental breakfast is available for purchase ($6.00), for tent guests with payment in advance at the registration desk. Breakfast Is served in the office lobby area. Breakfast is comprised of fresh brewed coffee, hot tea, choice of 3 cold cereals, 2% milk, orange juice, fresh fruit, bread (toaster available), butter, peanut butter, jelly, Nutella.

Home for Big-Rigs! 60' long x 35' wide pull-thru sites featuring 50amp/30amp electric/water/sewer hook-ups and free Wi-Fi. Sevier River borders our 16 acres with trout fishing and phenomenal view of Paunsaugunt cliffs. Super-clean, modern bathrooms and shower facilities adjacent to RV sites. Great access to hundreds of miles of ATV and biking trails accessible right from your RV site. Restaurants close by. Pet friendly. Make us your base camp for day-trips to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks located minutes away.

Pet Policy: Dog or cats $25 per stay per pet cleaning fee / ALLOWED IN DESIGNATED MOTEL ROOMS. Dogs on a leash or cats (ARE) ALLOWED in RV Campground.
SMOKING: ALL ROOMS are NO-Smoking.
A smoking area outside each room is provided for your convenience. There is a $200 cleaning fine for smoking in the rooms, in addition to any physical property damage such as burns to furniture, fixtures, carpets or linens.
Missing Items & Damages:
Please respect our property. Guests agree to be charged $75 for each missing linens, decorations or furniture stolen or damaged. Fees will be charged to the credit card on file. This includes guests exchanging their personal pillows with Motel Pillows.
