House rules for a happy stay
Policies
Cancellations are accepted for any reason but the timing of the cancellation determines the refund amount given. Camping is an all weather activity and weather is not an acceptable reason for granting exceptions to the refund policy. The only time that the refund policy will be modified is in instances where the park must close due to extreme weather like hurricanes or flooding.
Rules & regulations
Arrival and Departures
Arrivals are welcome anytime after 1:00 p.m.
Arriving after hours? Head to your site and we will see you in the morning!
Departures are expected no later than 11:00 a.m.
Discounts
Senior Discount: 55 and older, receive 10% discount of nightly rate
Veterans Discount: Present your Military ID or DD2-14 upon check-in and receive at 10% discount off nightly stays. Veterans Discount: 25% off on Veterans Day Weekend
Active Police and Firefighter: 10% Discounts when ID is presented at check-in.
Noise and Quiet Hours
Noise: Radios, engines, and any other excessive noise is not tolerated. Please respect your neighbor.
Quiet Hours: For the comfort of your neighbor quiet time is between 10:00pm to 8:00am. All children are to be at your site during this time. Noise that is typical with camping is understood, excessive noise is not.
Pets
Pets are allowed in our campground. Pets are to be leashed at all times, however not to be chained to your site unattended. Pet owner is responsible for cleaning up after the pet and keeping the pet under control. Pets are only allowed in the river at the designated pet swimming area. Find breed restrictions in addendum 1 non-aggressive dogs only allowed. No pet pens or fencing allowed.
Number of Guests and Pets
An accurate count of guests and pets must be provided at time of reservation. If the number is found to be higher upon check in, you agree that your card will be charged for the going guest/pet fee.
