House rules for a happy stay
Policies
50% of the required deposit is refundable up to 45 days prior to the reservation arrival date. The full trip balance will be forfeited if cancelled, for any reason, with less than a 45 day notice.
If opting to use the Corporate Rate the full balance of the trip is due by a single payment upon booking with no cancelations, rescheduling or refunds for any reason.
