Policies
Reservations cancelled 4 days or more in advance on RV and tent sites; 11 days or more in advance for cabins of the arrival date will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled 3 days or less in advance for RV and tent sites; 10 days or less in advance for cabins will forfeit 50% of the total stay. Cancellations on arrival date will receive no refund. No shows/early departures: No refund.
We are not responsible for and therefore cannot issue refunds for events outside of our control. This includes but is not limited to severe weather, natural or human made disasters i.e., drought, fire, explosion, storms, heat, snow, rain, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, strikes or industrial action by third parties, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war or threat of war, civil commotion, riot, invasion, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

AGE REQUIREMENT
Must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a site or accommodation.
RATES + PAYMENTS
Rates are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required at the time of booking and is payable by credit card. By providing a credit card number, you are giving authorization for us to bill your credit card for the full amount, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure.
DAMAGES + FEES
If there is damage, missing or stolen items, or excessive cleaning required, the card on file will be charged accordingly.
LATE CHECK OUT
Check-out time is 11 am.
A late check-out may be available by request. Please inquire with the Front Desk in advance.
EARLY DEPARTURES
We do not provide refunds or credits for early departures.
RESERVATIONS: RV & Tents
RV Regulations: RVs must be 10 years or newer, in excellent condition and RVIA certified. Each RV is subject to management approval. Please contact the resort directly if you have any questions. No more than one RV is allowed per site.
Occupancy: All RV rates include four (4) people per site. Each additional person age 6 and older is subject to an additional fee of $7 per person, per day.
Pets: Maximum of (3) well-behaved dogs allowed in RV sites. Sorry, no dog fencing or pet crates are allowed. Pet rules must be followed and apply to all pet types.
CHECK-IN: RV check-in time is 1 pm, cabin RV check-in time is 4 pm.
RESERVATIONS: CABINS
Min + Max: We have a 2-night minimum on most weekends. Please reach out to the Front Desk to inquire about other availability and shorter duration of stay.
Pets: Maximum of (2) well-behaved dogs allowed in accommodations. Please alert the resort in advance if you will be traveling with a pet. There is a one-time $25 fee per reservation. Sorry, no dog fencing or pet crates.
Vehicles: RVs, boats, trailers, etc. may not be parked at the accommodation. Please inquire with the Front Desk for alternate parking areas, subject to an additional fee.
CHECK-IN: Accommodations check-in time is 4 pm.
PARKING
Parking: All sites allow for one (1) passenger vehicle. Each additional passenger vehicle is subject to an additional fee of $10 per vehicle, per day.
Boats/Trailers: Please contact the resort at time of reservation if you would like to bring a boat or other large vehicle. Large vehicles are only accepted on a space available basis and will be placed in an overflow parking area subject to an additional fee of $10 per large vehicle, per day.
