The Oasis is located on an island in the northeastern corner of Clear Lake.  All sites are waterfront with a fire ring and picnic table. Come enjoy a retro experience sleeping under the stars by the oldest natural lake in North America, and the largest fresh water lake in California. Birds and wildlife are abundant. Fish right from your campsite or bring your boat and launch from our boat launch.  Our campsites are dry camping only, but some of our sites can accommodate up to a 26 foot RV. Drinking water, showers and bathrooms are provided on site.

Lakefront Tent Site

Lakeside sites are longer, sunnier and sometimes windier than canal side. They have a beautiful view across the lake of Mt Konocti. Sites 11-16 are tent only. Sites 17-20 accommodate tent campers or RVs up to 26 ft, back in only. There are no hookups in any of the sites, but all sites are near the bathhouse showers and water spigots. Lakefront sites are limited to 4 adults (plus 1 for additional fee) and 2 vehicles. Pet Friendly.

Canal Side Tent Site

Canal side campsites are for tent camping only. They have more shade and less wind than the lakeside sites. All campsites are flat and have a fire ring and picnic table. Canal side sites #1,2,3,9,10 allow up to 4 people (plus 1 for additional fee) and 1 vehicle. Pet Friendly.

Group Site - RV or Tent

The Oasis Campground is located on an island in the northeastern corner of Clear Lake. Come enjoy a retro experience sleeping under the stars by the oldest natural lake in North America, and the largest freshwater lake in California. Birds and wildlife are abundant and the scenery is unmatched. Enjoy excellent fishing right from your campsite or bring your boat and launch from their onsite boat launch. Surrounded by volcanic lands, there are hot springs and active geothermal geysers in the area. The soils and climate rival neighboring Napa and Sonoma county for producing award-winning wines. These Small Canal side campsites are for tent camping only. They have more shade and less wind than the lakeside sites. All campsites are flat and have a fire ring and picnic table. Small Canal side sites are numbered 4-8 and allow up to 3 people (plus 1 for additional fee) and 1 vehicle. Pet Friendly.

Park Policy

Cancellations made more than 3 days in advance of the start date will receive a full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 3 days or less in advance of the start date will be charged for the first night. Cancellation fees are not waived because of weather, lake level or other acts of nature out of our control.
