Mellow Submarine: A 15' fully stocked vintage camper AND 10x10 deck privately tucked into a forest dimple, and over an acre of green! A GROOVY off-grid glamping experience set in its own corner of 28 acres of forest and field. A tiny home away from home but SO much more. The Mellow Submarine has a three burner stove and fridge that runs on propane (included). It is stocked with retro dishes, psychedelic pots and pans, linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, a rainbow kettle and French press, some lanterns and SO MUCH MORE!! There is a *tiny itty bitty we're not kidding!* potty in the camper, but most prefer use to use the more comfy Lovely Loo & Shower House which is just steps away, and you will, too!Outside we have a shower and dish/handwashing station... SO convenient. There are neatly mowed paths wide enough for three or more all over the property that helps keep your walk tick-free. There's a swing set with HUGE disc swings for MAJOR relaxation watching the sun rise & set and for gazing at the EXPANSIVE sky. At night, you might hear owls and crickets, frogs and raccoons, sometimes even coyotes. In the morning, there's roosters crowing in the barn. You'll see SO many stars and the moonscapes are FAR OUT. Enjoy the large enclosed fire pit perfect for small gatherings and the farm-built picnic table. Want company? Invite your friends! The camper sleeps 4 tightly, but we have a tent available that sleeps 3-4, set up and ready, and up to 14 campers with their own tents are welcome, and there's LOTS of room for to pitch about 6 tents or even rent another one from us. Check out our extras and take advantage of our hospitality. Of course, if there's ever anything you need, we are but a text and 3 minutes away.

The Magic Glamp: At The Magic Glamp, we've built a deck on either side. To the left, you have a Covered kitchen deck. To the right and a few feet away, another deck for guests' tents or sunbathing. The Queen bed is ready for the best snooze you've had in forever. A 3-person tent is included for extra campers. Basic linens, soap, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, and more also included. The bed will already be made with clean cotton sheets. If you would like to have it otherwise, let us know.

Your site is tucked in the woods. A few feet away, we've mowed an expansive paradise for basking, play or additional tenting. Enjoy the cute two-person swing and let all the stress flow out into the fresh air.

Swing under a vast expanse of stars on oversized saucer swings, sturdy enough for two! The stargazing and bird watching are amazing here.

Perfect Pitch Primitive Tent Site: A sweet little landing pad AND DECK for those who want to pitch a tent in a convenient, peaceful location, and cheat a little :) Drive up, just a short distance off a dirt road in a field. We provide water, some wood, saucepan, campfire accessories, Loo, Lantern, and solar shower on-site, nicely mowed little area with a couple acres and a party deck all to yourself!

Water and firewood are provided to use or leave. Village shopping just 14 minutes away. There's a fire pit, grate, and covered picnic table "kitchen" you will enjoy, whatever the weather.
